  1. Clone an existing ticket to create another

    The idea is to be able to create a new ticket based on the information of an existing tickets. It is usual to have to create new tickets with almost the same info of another, just changing a few info. In this cases this should be very useful for time saving.

  2. The ability to take Live Chat online and offline as needed for all agents

    We could really use the ability to take Live Chat online and offline easily. At the moment it appears each agent has to set themselves as invisible but this can be a problem if an agent is unavailable to do so. As an admin I'd love the feature

  6. API or Timer - to set status

    Presence management needs improvement, so we don't have missed chats.

    How about a API that allows setting of Agent status (away, online)
    or better yet.

    the desktop client set status to Away after a certain amount of time when no activity by user (keyboard / mouse)

  17. when someone uses a png file for the chat icon, allow the image to not have a white background.

    i designed my chat widget to not have a background so it would float on our page. But your system auto fills a with a white background... it would be great if this could change

    Please, add in the pre-chat configuration the option to add a custom select field. I mean, a select field with diferent behavior that department, something customizable. Thanks!
