  2. "Add To Contacts" Trigger Action

    If visitor matched with some trigger that we set, then as an action the system can add the visitor as a contact with a name like "So-Close-To-Buy3875"

    Then we can create a new trigger for these visitors; when a contact comes back with a name including "So-Close-To-Buy" -> Send a message "We know you are so close to buy and to make it easier we will give you 10% discount coupon code. The code is: 5gvn8usw"

    Or for another reason, to convert a visitor to contact might come handy.

    "Repository" tab.
    Similar to shortcuts and knowledgebase, a repository of the most common documents asked by visitors or answering their questions, example catalog, price list, datasheet etc..

  8. I want to track my tutors, when they travel to student's homes and see where they at on the map geographically and if they are late or not.

    I have bunch of tutors who travel to student's homes. What would be cool if I can actually track them geographically? In another words, when they go to student's home, they clock in and clock out, and it would show me where each tutor is geographically on them at the time when they clocked in and the time when they clocked out.

    I want to see which one of my tutors were late and which ones were not, and whether or not they showed up in their location..

    This feature is great for any other companies as well not just…

  9. have the ability to not having the cursor put automatically in the chat box after a automatic system message (trigger)

    When we setup triggers, the chat pops up automatically (automatic system message). The problem is that the cursor of the user is not on the chat box, so if the user was typing into another field in the web page, it now writes in the chat box and sometime annoying to the end-user. Would be nice to have the ability to set the cursor NOT to automatically go into chat box after trigger.

  11. Historical logs

    It would be extremely beneficial to see which visitors where on the site and when. The more analytics that can be recorded and saved, the more useful this chat membership will be. I get very few chat requests and am considering cancelling. If that feature were added, I would keep for the analytics. Yes, I do know that google analytics can help look at activity...but would be great to simply have in one place.

    customer visit site and not saw chat button. So exactly mobile users living
    this.

    Can be add and section for BUZZ with VOICE for take attentions.

    Because exam any customer make shopping and after not show my write.
