please do agent switching option for tawk app plus visitor notification even tawk app closed similar to gmail app
1)agent switching option from dropdown menu similar to desktop verison for app in future update,
2)have installed tawk app, but should IT BE OPEN ALWAYS to get notification,?? because if i close the app, its not showing notification,, whereas gmail app giving notification even though i closed, am still authenticated know,why am not receiving in similar fashion like gmail2 votes -

Knowledge Base before chat
Put a knowledge base field on pre-chat form before visitor proceed to chat. So put a keyword on this knowledge field to find answers before proceed to chat. Check comm100 to see how work.

Refresh facility on the Mobile & PC Apps
There is no refresh so there is a long delay when visitors leave, this creates a false reading on time spent as well as the time to send messages

Would love to see non-binary avatar options! Was hoping this is already planned. And/or would be great to be able to build ones own which would help with that situation.

It is cumbersome for admin to ask every agent to look up their chat link
If I have Admin privileges then I should be able to see and alter details and permissions of Agents including be able to see their direct chat link9 votes -
Record user email or name ( Ask them to add in name/email before starting a conversation
Now there is no way to record the name or email or any information before the user start the chat. It is difficult to identify the user detail who was it not possible. Unique id doesnt help to identify users. Please consider adding that feature

setup a knowledge bank search result tracking. (Good to know what our customers are searching for)
I understand that we can put in a lot of FAQ questions for our customers to learn more.
Would be great if it is possible for us to find out what info our customers are searching for (especially those that appears as no search results.)

one agent should not be able to look into other agents to customer conversation ..

Personal style widget
Please visit this website: https://www.yoursurprise.nl/ and look at the chat widget in their right corner. This widget is much more drawing me to click on it due to 2 reasons:
1) There is a picture of a person when the widget is folded in
2) There is an icon on the widget like on your iOS phone, indicating there is a new message (thus asking for you to open it).Also when you click on the app and open it, you get different options:
1) Chat
2) Call
3) FAQThis is also interesting!

Disable or Enable video chat
What if don't want to video chat with every visitor on our site. Agent should have the option to enable it for some visitors on a case by case basis.

Webhook: Transcript of chat
I see from a recent post that webhooks are now available within the dashboard - this is fantastic.
Is it possible to post the transcript of the chat to the webhook once the chat has finished?

Chat box link via text in footer??
Is there a way to link the chat box to text in the footer. Example if we have "Chat with us" in the footer are we able to link it to the Tawk chat instead of the right page Icons?
