You should have an option so the mobile app session does not time out. Have an option to load on start up.
Sessions keep expiring and you'll miss a chat. Have some keep alive options, load on start up, etc.

new user pop up message on mobile (as on desktop)
Just want to find out if by any chance you guys having thoughts to make the invatation to the new user with small pop-up on the screen as well on mobile same as u have it on desktop? As I have seen big differences with chat that have this future.

To All Our Valued Users,
At this stage, we currently don’t have a Trigger causing the widget to pop up on mobile devices.
Once the Trigger is fired, it notifies the visitor that there is an unread message. It will show a little red number “1” on the widget.
We’ve acknowledged your request and have forwarded it to the dev team. They will work with this suggestion and will add the feature in due course.

Zooming feature
Please add image zooming option in tawk.to android app.

Multi account login
Please make it possible to login with more than one account in the app. Because if you do support for different companys you need to login and logout now each time in the app.

Knowledge Base for Mobile App
We are finding getting to grips with your software difficult. We manufacture chocolates and have our hands covered in chocolate most of the time. We are not near a desktop because of our factory and would appreciate more "hand holding" for answering questions via a mobile app

Add "live help" chat on phone app
Please add the "Live Help" chat to the android and apple phone apps. It is a great help on desktop version but I am often away from home ! Thanks!!!

Lost internet connection on mobile App should give an alert/notification in order to avoid missing chats
Currently there is no way to know if I am (due to connectivity issues) missing chats or not until after it has happened. Adding some form of alert when/if the Internet connection is down would be a huge blessing.

Add an option to disable phone notifications when browser tab instance is in focus.
Would be nice to not get phone notifications when I've switched over to a browser instance/tab is in focus.
