include an option to remove the red dot
Some clients find the little red dot confusing, as they think they need to reply to something. I know this is just for a message to let them know we're available to talk, but some clients, particularly older ones, don't understand this.

Allow availability under reporting to show % of availability during set hours
Under Reporting on the dashboard the system shows availability of agents in past 24 hours, is there a way of doing this so the percentage figure only comes from set hours. for example, i don't have agency available between 5pm and 8am most days, this will significantly impact my availability percentage.

Show visitor count in tray
Rather than just displaying the tawk icon in the tray when minimized, we would like to see the number of current visitors. When you hover over the tawk icon it would be great if it would give some more details information like number of active visitors, idle visitors, chats, etc.
