set up a facility to Time Out customers who keep agents hanging on
If a customer keeps us hanging on and doesn't reply we want to Time them out of their session after one minute. eg: Sorry you have been timed out of this session - please Live Chat with us in the future if you need any help. This would reduce the time agents spend waiting for each customer to reply

Chat appointment shedule; so customers can book an apointment for a chat / video chat

Add permissions panel in Video Call addon where we can allow only specific clients who are willing to pay consultancy fee
How can we allow anyone to make a video call to us without paying any penny and just for fun? Video call services should have a complete dashboard with permissions panels for specific clients who will willing to pay the consultancy fee in our business. This is completely Insane to allow all people for video calling. I am damn interested to buy your video call services for a long time but please change the things and add these features.

Adding a voice record button to the chat feature
I want my customers to able to contact me by texting and via voice record. Because some of my clients have a hard time explaining what designs do they want.Also, I would like the feature to be a voice recording button placed beside the texting blank box.This request is regarding the chat widget on my website.( Only voice recording/ I don’t want it to include a video or voice call feature)

At this stage, our queue system shows the estimated wait time for the chat. However, the waiting time does not increase based on the number of chats you are receiving. The default time remains at 1 minute.
We also don't have a feature that shows how many visitors are in the queue.

Timed chat after so many minutes of what a customer chooses, the time runs out and a bell sounds letting them know then they decide if they
Customer goes on chat, picks how long they want to chat for a package. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 45 minutes etc. At a certain price. once time is running out there is a bell sound letting the customer know so they can decide to continue at regular rate.
