for voice and video add on - be able to setup so that it is controlled only by chatter and not the customer
right now if you buy this add on, the customer sees video and voice icons and can start the call that way, but we want it under chatter control, so a normal chat starts and the agent can turn it into voice, video, or share screen - perhaps with customer permission.

Google Voice Widget (discontinued) landline call over the widget.. it basically dials both parties at the same time.
Google voice widget had a "click to call" where by clicking the widget it automatically dials both parties on ladnline. there should be some vaue in it.

Allow the ability to add chat sign off signature line that would allow for a link to Google Review
Would like to have a button to sign off of chats that would give the customer a link to our Google Review page. Something like this.

Como a plataforma tem possibilidade de mais de um atendente, para ser mais organizado. Poderia criar um método de fila ou ordem de atendi...
O app é muito bom, mas poderia melhorar neste requisito, pois faz total diferença essa organização, de mais de um atendente, seria viável até para o cliente não ter mais de um atendente falando ao mesmo tempo.

Text editing for triggers
Hi guys,
It would be nice if you can throw in some text editing tools.
Like bold, italic, maybe even bulleting etc.
Also to add, can you make a trigger message box in administration bigger or allow us to expand it (slider). It's bit uncovinient to write and edit content.

can we edit or delete a message after we sent it while messaging ongoing ? we are human so sometimes we can write wrong/missing things :)

Allow agents to send gifs
Please include the ability for agents to send gifs to their customers in chat, we had this on our previous chat system and you wouldn't believe the positive response we got from utilizing them!
We just switched over to Tawk and we're missing them a lot.

Please start creating submission forms or advanced forms for websites to integrate on our websites for free or at a nominal fee.Like there are many in market like 123formbuilder.com
and jotform.com but they are expensive.
Please do consider this new idea.
