Please make sure to bring back the old department volume count back. Its very important. How would an organization keep the records and work on their future efficiency. This feature was available couple of weeks back. So i think it would not be hard to bring back the old script.
I request the fellow tawk developers to look into this matter and bring back the volume count for department heads as well.

Currently your app doesn't support Shopify locations, which means if I use locations Shopify makes me uninstall your app. I don't think your app has anything to do with locations, so it may be as simple as telling Shopify that your app does support it?
Shopify locations allows sellers to have multiple shipping locations, such as our warehouse and Amazon FBA. So it really has nothing to do with chat.1 vote
