  2. VIEW OF ONLINE & OFFLINE AGENTS/ADMINS

    I want to request for an important feature which is a view of list of agents and admins that are online. At the press of a button I should be able to see list of online agents also list of offline agents and admins.

    I know there is a similar feature going through the direct messaging. But I tell you with a click of button will make it much more professional.

  3. Allow companies to use any Whatsapp Business Provider

    We offer WhatsApp business API and we have developed our own API to allow customers to send WhatsApps and receive WhatsApps replies. Our software can communicate with many WhatsApp Business partners and can choose the provider based on their cost and business model. We need two or maybe three things 1) a way to call a URL that will push the message to a Tawk agent 2) webhooks that will call our URL when the Tawk agent responds so we can send the response to the WhatsApp Business Partner and to the customer.

  5. Message Shortcuts.

    Within the Settings -> Shortcuts.
    You should be able to have a feature "Fill out form", like the "Survey" one.
    But with one where you are able to fill out a form.

    Such as
    "I would need X information before we continue"
    -Name
    -Email Address
    -Phone Number"

    And they would be able to put that information in there.

  6. Summary Email after ending the chat session

    Hi All,
    I noticed that the "email notification" feature sends one email for each missed conversation to the setup person. In order to efficiently monitor the service, it would be better to just send one email at the end of the session which summaries how many missed calls we got. For example, let's suppose we run the chat service from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and we got 100 missed conversations instead of receiving 100 emails, it would be beneficial to get just one email summarizing the missing calls.   7. Customer Feedback Before/After Chat Ending

    With TAWK-

    1) We are Giving Support, Means a Agent Alice is interacting with customer. Is there something I can send email requesting feedback with our form to it and such email should sent to customer as soon as chat is ended.

    2) Same way if I want to collect Feedback as soon as he/she tries to End Chat. I mean before ending chat feedback should be collected?

  13. Have a "Help/Request more operators" button

    This would be a button that would sound a different notification to let other operators know that you need help with incoming chats. As a small business, if there is just one operator on the chats this would be a helpful way of letting other members of the team who are logged in, but not active, know that you can do with a hand.

    By default i will have to go change profile name each time i need this feature.

    since you already made available aliases, why not allow reply go via any of the aliases under each property and not main profile name?
