  1. Change font in Right to Left for middle east languages like Persian and Arabic فونت فارسی العربية

    Hi everyone, Please Please Please VOTE UP

    The really bad font in Persian or Arabic and all middle east countries
    writing Language.
    The default font is very hard to read and very annoying to the eye.
    Please change the BAD default fonts "Helvetica" or "Arial" to the GOOD fonts like "Google Almarai" or "Windows Segoe UI Regular" or "Tahoma Regular (size up to 12 or less)" or "Google Noto Kufi Arabic Regular" for the default font, important for the widget font.

  3. Ability to turn off dynamic title

    On new message, the tab title will now change to "NUM new message". It would be nice to have an option to disable it.

  4. Ability to see which operators are logged on -

    it would assist with monitoring to ensure that all of our live chat clients are being covered and that we have operators covering all shifts

  5. Webhook: Transcript of chat

    I see from a recent post that webhooks are now available within the dashboard - this is fantastic.

    Is it possible to post the transcript of the chat to the webhook once the chat has finished?

    Create option to add 1-4 FAQ's which people see and can click on to get an immediate answer when chat is offline.

  7. It will be great if we can see which state the customer from especially customers in United States.

    It is great to see the flags and then also see where the people are coming from, but seeing the city is a bit of a pain if there is no State. I have to keep searching the city on google to find the state.

    It would be awesome to have both, but STATE is the most important.

  9. Make possible to hide department availability in offline form

    On offline forms, it would be logical that one could hide the "(Offline)" text which is currently appended to each department name in the department dropdown.

    A function allowing to exclude my IP when I am on my site or on my WP admin interface. Thus, no impromptu and unnecessary notifications to agents and other administrators.

    Need push notification if new message received when tawk app is closed like whatsapp. I don't get notifications unless I open the app, am losing many clients because i don't know when they chat

  12. Provide (optional) send button in chat widget

    Hard to believe but a lot of people don't understand that they have to press enter after typing a message. For those oldies an obvious "send message" button would be a good addition, so that chats don't die before they started... possibly optional.

    When you use document.write() to inject a script, the browser is not able to continue parsing the HTML. The web browser is forced to wait for the resource to load AND to be executed.

  20. Get notified right when a customer opens a chat window

    Right now it appears the only options for notifications are:

    1) When a customer visits the page, which would send me far too many notifications from people who never try to chat, or
    2) When the first message is sent, which by definition means that any time I spend picking up my phone and entering the app is time that the user is waiting for a response.

    It would be much more useful to get a notification right when the chat window is first opened, so I could start preparing to respond. Shaving even a couple seconds off that initial…
