  1. An advise for the iOS app

    Please, when developing the iOS app, consider enabling screen rotation. The Zopim app does not support it and that's the reason I do not use it. It's very inconvinient to chat with a client "on the go" with a keyboard on a vertical screen.

  2. Cross-Site User Tracking, Without Creating New Session

    The scenario is such that there is a main site (site.com) and a blog/portal/other such as blog.site.com portal.site.com clients.site.com. As the user traverses each a new session is created. It would be most helpful that the system be smart enough to know that the person is one in the same.

    Possible?

  3. automatic offline message to uservoice contact support?

    it will be great if an offline message automatic coming to uservoice ticket support, i hope soon available not only on uservoice.

  4. Have some API so that users could use Pidgin or Adium with tawk.to

    Skype used to have an API. It's now removed , so look how many users left it !!! With tawk having an API , users can use tawk from Pidgin or Adium or any other chat app , so that saves the energy needed for you to create a desktop app :)

  5. Forbid usernames

    I would like to have a option to forbid use some nicknames. The best example that visitor is taking agent/admin nickname.

  6. Bug

    If a visitor is banned, and the visitor remove all browser information (cookies, history etc.), the visitor is not banned anymore. Please fix it, thanks.

    This isn’t a bug – as there are two types of Ban.

    1. Ban the user by Cookie/Session, which as you have described if they delete their cookie or go incognito, then yes, they will be able to initiate a chat again.

    or

    2. Ban user by IP, which means that they would need to completely refresh their IP from their ISP in order to become unbanned.

    We do not default ban by IP, as a visitor may be connecting from a network. Eg: A workplace with hundreds of people connecting from the same IP, so be very careful when banning a specific IP address.
