If user didn’t accepted yet or declined, he won’t appear in tawk.to at all, since we have no rights to track him.
If user accepted he will appear in Monitoring section and be like a normal visitor, so there is no need to log somewhere that he opted-in. -

Until we can detect that it’s the same visitor he will be treated as same.In other case any person can enter same email, so it won’t be good to show him as same visitor when he isn’t.
The registration through widget is not in our plans at the moment.

We understand you wanting to contact Visitors directly via email but we are not allowed to provide exportable emails because they can be used for marketing purposes to which they have not given consent. -
Please add email notifications for incoming chats.
Some of us need it for older phones and "smart watches". We can also setup "email to SMS" function on our side to make notification even faster.

Hi, As of now we do not have option to reply for offline chat.every time we need to convert it to ticket.

Offline message is treated like ended chat, so it can’t be continued.
So the only option is to do it by ticket. -

A VERY basic Chat Modul for Agents which allows them only to Chat to the visitors completely without confusing menus, stats, ticket System. Just to Chat with the visitors.
For Commercial use the possibility to deactivate the emojies is indispensable.
Possibility to completely deactivate the ticket System if not needed.

Avatars for users
Hi there,
Can you add avatar feature for users as well?
So, if the system that uses your chat, which have users' avatars would be able to send avatars with user emails.

There should be an option to have the embedded chat always fill the users screen
An option so that embedded chat forms will always fill the users screen would be great, and very useful for popups.

Submit tickets via own ticketsystem instead of Tawk.to ticketsystem
Some ticketsystems have their own api to create a ticket from outside the ticketsystem.
Would be great if we can enter this information easily via the admin.
The ticket can then be created on demand from the agents dashboard, without entering manually that in the other ticketsystem.

Although we will be working on several integrations in the near future, other ticketing systems are not in our scope. Maybe later in the future.

something you should add to your system is that when this "off" you can place a false ONLINE and when you give click to redirect to a URL that can be a ticket system for example.

Unfortunately this would be misleading your Visitors because you would be offline while Visitor thinks you are online. That is why we have an offline form for which you can add a little banner.

Blackberry app for tawk would be more welcome

We understand that some users still use Blackberry but it’s marketshare is so small (less than 1%) that it is not viable to make an app for 15 people or so.

contact form
Instead of replying users to send emails to my forwarding emails, why don't make a contact form for them to fill it? I mean not the contact form in the chat, but a totally indepenndent contact form embedded on a website.
Example of infos is Name, Email, Subject, Message......
Instead of letting the send an email, why dont ask them to fill up a form? I currently use Pirate Forms and it isnt working well as its a 3th party.Please consider,

That is a completely different product and use one of the companies that do this. Our strong point is live chat. But you never know where would we expand next.

Ability to log browser console errors
It would be great if tawk.to can log client side javascript errors that are logged to the browser console

Can I have a feature of asking questions from the user on 1 click?
Example: http://www.premiumsoftwares.com is my website. Herein, when a visitor comes in and ask for a web design package, can we send them questions in between of the chat.
