  1. Email Notification for User Satisfaction

    It would be very beneficial if Admin's could opt in to receive an email notification when someone rates a chat with us either Positive/Negative. If this were possible, it would be great if the email would list who the student/customer was and as well as the 'agent' that assisted them.

  2. Make multi language triggers possible

    I wonder how to set triggers in different languages. As "Kevin" from the Support-Team respond, there is not such a feature.. .so here is the Request for it :)

    I have an nextJS app. If I switch from English-Language to German-Language (or any other one) - that will not change the URL of my requested page, because it is only an internal flag (javascript variable).

    This triggers an JS-Script which displays now the other language-content.

    So what we need is also some kind of JS-Trigger or Flag, that can be send to Tawk.io which indicate that the chat-script should show…

  3. Provide options and default answer in bubble chat

    I'm looking for feature like this:
    - when the bubble chat open
    - it send welcome message, also send some options like Q&A that we prepared
    - if user click in one option, then our system reply message that we prepared

    Ex:
    - option 1: Does your website provide xxx?
    - option 2: Is anyone available to chat?
    - option 3: I have a question, can you help?

    If:
    - user click option 1 => reply "Yes, we provide xxx"
    - user click option 2 => reply "Please wait 5 minutes"
    - user click option 3 => reply "Please wait…

  5. Allow the phone app to stay signed in

    The phone app session times out every day. As I am a small business with only me monitoring, I need the phone app to stay signed in. It makes it even more painful signing in on the phone app every day as I have a strong password.

    Please add a setting to allow the phone app to stay signed in.

  8. Allow ordered lists to start with a different number in a KB

    I have an ordered list in a KB that has an image after item #2, but when I continue with items 3 and 4 in another paragraph element and try to use ordered list again, it only lets me start it with #1.

    I would like to be able to change the starting number for ordered list format.

  9. Allow Internal Links in an Embedded Knowledge Base

    We have embedded a tawk.to Knowledge Base in our site, but we'd like to link to other articles in the KB without having it pop open another browser tab, i.e., stay in the embedded KB on our site.

  10. Get active or logged-in wordpress username or names automatically

    About the tawk.to plugin for WordPress, I believe it would be impressive to have the names or usernames of logged on users updated automatically when they are online to use the tawk.to app to reach administrators.

    That's what they expect and that's what we expect too. Having to make everyone type in their names or usernames for identification every time they use their mobile phones, desktop browser, incognito mode or change to a totally new browser is rather inconvenient.

  11. Encrypt messages to Ticket Forwarding Email

    When sending an email to the message system YOURCODE@tickets.tawk.to the emails are not encrypted.
    This represents a significant security risk for sensitive customer data

  12. Remove "Message Us" from the bottom of KB articles if there is no chat widget enabled in the KB settings.

    Alternately or in addition, let me specify the text and the link so that I can provide an alternate way for the user to provide feedback.

  13. Would like ability to dynamically hide the widget with code/css

    I have a notification which appears at the bottom, and on mobile, the chat widget is in the way, and is always on top no matter what I do with styling.
    Have tried hiding all the iFrames, which works, but when I display them all again, it shows more than the chat widget icon, it shows some broken html, with a few fields as if I had opened the chat.

  15. Create a Simplified Dashboard Option for Agents

    We've been playing with your widget on our dev site and like it so far. There is concern though that for our regular customer service agents who will just be responding to incoming chats, the existing Dashboard interface is WAY too busy and complicated---we just want them to be able to respond to chats. It would be nice if there was a much more simplified Dashboard or chat only interface option that would make training much easier.

  16. Put a X in the top right corner of the chat window for an easy close. Every single user I watch struggles with closing the window.

    Every single user I watch on Full Story struggles with finding the X to close the chat window. The vast majority hit the menu in the top right and then "end this chat session". No one intuitively sees the X on the Tawk button appear when they open the chat. I can see the user get lost every single time. Adding an "X" next to the menu will make the experience more seamless.

  17. Drilldown of Neutral / Negative chats / Positive Chats

    It would be a good idea when pulling the chats report that we could drill down into the specific chats that were rated Negative/ Positive or not at all.

    This is an integral part of driving conversion rates and in turn customer satisfaction.

  18. Customize emails sent to admins/agents (Offline message sent)

    We would like to be able to customize the emails sent to admins/agents. Especially the mail 'Offline message sent by [name]'. We would like to reply to those mails and would like a custom email subject and content (translated to dutch).

  19. Knowledge Base - Duplicate Article / Template Article

    To keep a consistent article layout throughout our Knowledge Base it would be great to have an option to select an article and click "Duplicate Article" which would then create a new draft version of the selected article.

    Alternatively save an article as a Template and have the option to create a "New Article from Template".

    I would like to see an option either as a general Knowledge Base setting (preferable) or individual article setting to Show/Hide the author.

    i.e. on an article hide the author avatar, "By Name" and "Last Updated.." blocks.
