  1. add conditionals/triggers depending on answers of pre-chat questions

    It would be nice to have certain behaviours (including showing a message instead of the chat window) depending of the answer to a pre-chat option question.

    Please put back the ability for admin to view each agents direct chat link
    It is cumbersome for admin to ask every agent to look up their chat link
    If I have Admin privileges then I should be able to see and alter details and permissions of Agents including be able to see their direct chat link

  7. the visitor name field is way too short. we have asia names and organisation Apu Nahasapeemapetilon

    increase the field length to 256 or 1024 characters please

  10. Allow custom text on "Message Me" button text on page

    Since there is only one page allowed per account, if you use the "Page" to provide a link for chat, it would be far more appropriate to have a button that says, for example, "Message Us" vs the standard "Message Me" text.

  13. detailed settings of a chat icon on a mobile phone

    chat icon on mobile - paddings and margins cannot be set. when you have a menu bar at the bottom of the web, the icon overlaps it and the menu is not visible.

    it would be good if the margin of the icon could be set.

  14. Hide the customer's contact visibility from the other members of the sales team once assigned

    When a member of the sales team is assigned to a visitor. All the visitor's contact info are hidden from the other members. This is to minimize the risk of being hijacked internally

  15. Improve email deliverability

    We're very happy with the Tawk service, but we have an issue with deliverability of the email replys sent with Tawk. Almost all replies or new emails are treated as spam across all recipients, leading them to believe that we don't answer their request. We've had to us another service in addition, which is really too bad, as we're happy with this one.
    Maybe adding a paid service for a dedicated sender and also option to edit the standard subject and text sent with email tickets might help.

    There is annoying mistake in time display (pop-up message), if the chat language is set to german.

    Example:


    • popup was sent just now
      in english: "just now"
      in german: "gerade eben"
      -> that's right

  18. please do agent switching option for tawk app plus visitor notification even tawk app closed similar to gmail app

    1)agent switching option from dropdown menu similar to desktop verison for app in future update,
    2)have installed tawk app, but should IT BE OPEN ALWAYS to get notification,?? because if i close the app, its not showing notification,, whereas gmail app giving notification even though i closed, am still authenticated know,why am not receiving in similar fashion like gmail

  19. The possibility to choose different fonts for the text (including buttons and etc.) to be able to properly replicate diff. lang. symbols

    Hello, dear tawk.to,

    I really like your chat widget and I am using it in my site, though there is some imperfection which really bothers me.
    In my native language are some symbols and letters that current font of Tawk.to widget can not replicate properly, so my suggestion is to make the possibility to choose different fonts for the text (including buttons and etc.) in the widget.
