  2. Include Daily Chat Uptime as part of the reporting. It would be useful in calculating productivity

    It would be great if you could incorporate daily chat uptime (how long an agent has been online in a day/ hour). This would be very helpful when trying to look at productivity and efficiency. Right now, the weekly roundup report only gives you a weekly data, which is not sufficient. Thanks.

  3. We need more options for the Video Chat Addon!

    First of all its annoying that when a costumer clicks on the call symbol it starts ringing till somebody of the support take the call (on customer site).
    Second - why is customer video ON at default and moderator Video OFF? Mostly customers dont want to show themself and we need the option to set this please.

  5. Display option hierarchy in pre chat form

    Did you ever visit namecheap site. They use a chat widget which would display a list of options initially. Then when you select any one of the option, more sub-options shows up and so on. It goes up to 4 or sometimes 5 levels. You too should ponder upon providing similar feature. Further the scrollbar should be little wider

  7. Need to know if the message sent out or an Not sent error message

    Need to know if the message was sent to the customer or not, Some emails get stuck on Queued and you dont even know.

    All tickets are considered sent when they are generated. However, there are instances in which your customers will get delayed notifications. This is due to a very high server load.

    In the event of a delay, we always prioritize bringing all communications back to full speed.

    At the moment, we do not have status messages for delayed tickets.

    We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

  8. Add-ons should be allowed to work on the tawk.to/page!!!

    Why on Earth have you guys not enabled the use of add-ons on your own hosted page on tawk.to??

    For those who have websites hosted with the likes of Shopify that are stopping you from using this service, it would make life a lot easier!

  13. voice replies

    Ability to click microphone button, record a reply and send to the customer as an audio recording like Facebook messenger has.
    This is much faster than having to type replies and provides a friendly experience for the customer.

    We can monitor and gather a report of the agent’s performance through our Sentiments feature.

    This is where the visitor can click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon to rate the chat conversation handled by the agent.

  16. Be able to purchase/get more triggers

    We are trying to automate some answers in our chat using triggers. I've read that a suggestion was already made to get a better bot that could certainly help us, that allows for customers filling out a form and get answers based on that. My only suggestion to this is that either with that option as with the current triggers there is no way to be able to get more then 20 triggers. My suggestion would be that just like the white label you would be able to purchase an upgrade to your account that allows for more triggers/more options…
