A simple API to get all the online Agents of ou tawk.to chat, to show in our website like :
if the user * is online, show a green image and his name, and if the user * is offline, show a red image and his name...

Set default names for guest. Stop that V137632782389...
I would kime to set default names for new guests. So if new people visit my site there wont be the name V278921879928... When i set as default name: "Newone" it will display: Newone1, Newone2, ...

XMPP Support
It will be great future which currently block our company from using tawk. We are using jabber for internal communication at it is really uncomfortable and unlogic to use another software for chat communication.
I know that you declined this suggestion twice (one had 41 votes, second 133 votes) but I think you should listen to your user's voice and not only to your's. Please leave this open so you can see how many users want the future active.
Your reasoning was that less and less IM use external integration but we are not talking about integrating with Google Talk…

Provide an option to change the Client Notification Sound
Provide an option to change the Client Notification Sound when the agent reply's. currently it have a sound just like a keyboard sound . it may not be audible to the clients. so it is better to change the client notification sound to a good tone. eg: facebook notification tone, hike notification tone,etc

Manual ONLINE/OFFLINE Switch
Sometimes an agent is connected on hours thar are not the Scheduled hours. It would be good to be able to manually turn status to ONLINE or OFFLINE.

Being able to send a secure form for visitors to fill out so visitors feel comfortable sending private information
When a customer sends private information such as last 4 digits of credit card number or security question etc we should be able to create a secure forum for each question we want to ask securely and once we ask them to fill it out and they submit it we will be able to see what they wrote. just so customers feel safe when entering private information :D

Wildcard for triggers
I would love to send a trigger to all users doing a search on my site. However, this is not possible, as each search generates a URL with the search term in it. Other chat services offer wildcards, so I could enter the URL as http://beta.vraagalex.nl/?action=search&page_id=6&dosrch=1&q=*, where * can be replaced with any value.

Our Advanced Trigger includes an option to fire a message based on a Visitor’s search term.
Other conditions for firing a trigger may include Visitor Name, referrer, and search engine.

Allow us to put social media links with a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter icon etc
make it so we can put our facebook,instagram,twitter etc on the chat on the bottom directly so when they click it they can follow us! this would be great :D please get this feature ASAP!

Rate agent on chat end
Review agent pages that appear when a chat is ended have more chance of collecting the users ratings than the in-chat thumbs.
Maybe include stars, single and message input fields.

However, you can set up workflow automation through Zapier.
For example, you can trigger a specific action in Slack when a chat ends, when a new chat starts, or when a new ticket is created.

I would love the ability to remove the Share to Facebook and Twitter buttons on created pages
Having the ability to remove the share buttons on pages would limit the chance of accidentally sharing a page that is supposed to be for internal business use only!

Categorize Shortcuts to allow easier searching through massive shortcut lists
As it is now, we have a big dump of shortcuts that are either Private or Global. If short cuts were toggled per department, it would cut down on the huge list to scroll through if you don't know the keyword. Even better would be to have parent/child categories (which could start in base level as departments) and various levels of child categories.
With the ability to create nested categories it would make it easier to group shortcuts in a way that makes sense to our own business objectives. For example, you could create the following structure:
Sales > PreSales…

Add a shortcut "quick access button" in Desktop, as it is in Andriod
In the Andriod App, there is a ? mark next to the chat input box that brings up a shortcut pick list and shortcut search box. This is intuitive and helpful, and I would suggest that the same feature be added to the desktop version. While I am comfortable with command line interfaces, many of my staff will balk at it.

At the moment, you can monitor your agent’s performance by User Satisfaction, Average Chat Duration and First Response Time.
The Sentiment feature shows how many visitors have given feedback to the chat agent by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down ratings in the chat widget.
Average chat duration tells you how many minutes on average each chat lasted.
First response time lets you know how long your customer had to wait before hearing back from an agent in the chat.
To check the agent’s statistics, you can do the following:
1. Select the Reporting section of the dashboard in the left sidebar
2. Select the option you want to track (User Satisfaction, Average Chat Duration or First Response Time)
3. Click the filter icon
4. Select the agent

Gravatar Icons...
Just as "uservoice" and so many other websites do, I think it'd be cool if you guys implemented "gravatar" icons into your app so people can create a centralized icon for usage on multiple sites, and then you guys could use this icon for chats with visitor or other agents to make the experience more personal, without having to re-invent the idea of uploading an icon to yet another website.
