offer image sharing options that are more robust
offer image clipboard pasting integration, so if im taking a screenshot with snipping tool or other means, i dont have to save a unique file each time then upload to the chat.
Or some sort of desktop integration (i know this is a bit more in depth development wise - maybe some sort of integration of google hangouts?)

Monitoring triggers
It would be nice to see some information about triggers. How many times the have been triggered, at what pages, what did visitors do after the saw a trigger. Monitoring top-performing triggers, etc.

This seems like a good feature but it would be limited to only few platforms like Wordpress, WooCommerce, Magento etc. but we will not be able to do it for every platform out there.We’ll see what we can do though.

Let the Windows App minimize to the system tray to run in the background. This to spare room on the taskbar.

Automatically change status to away when inactive
if i am in the admin panel, and i am online. but i walk away from my desk i would like my status to auto change to offline or away when there is no activity for 30 minutes ( or a set amount of time )

Allow for the ability to "SHUT-OFF" print functionality
There would be a setting to shut off the print functionality on the end-user side just in case you didn't want to allow it to be so easy for them to print or copy the conversation

Blocking agent-to-agent chat
The office that we are setting this up for does not allow their employees to chat online with each other. The agent-to-agent feature of your program would violate this rule.
Is there a plan to place a block on agent-to-agent chats if required?

Enable queue
Hello,
A queue could be nice, because if you have many people on the livechat, and only are one agent online, then a queue could be good to have. For exempel, when 6 users write to me, at the same time, I can't answer them all at the time. So a queue system could be very good! Exempel: You are number 6 in the queue. Adding 2 factor Auth.
I suggest that you add 2FA in order to keep accounts secure.
I personally my self get targeted a bit. 2FA would make it almost impossible to hack my account.

Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you"
Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you" when agent is pressing join button without customer asking for chat. Now it's just title with nickname of agent and it's quite misunderstood.

The widget supports RtL language. You can choose your language in Admin – Widget Content.You can participate in adding new, improving and voting for current translations here:
crowdin.com/project/tawkSupport for RtL languages in web-dashboard requires a lot of work on interface, so currently we have no estimate when we can work on that.
