    The icon of the chat is two times greater than on other browsers. Is there a way to fix that.

    Could you please specify the site where the mobile Widget shows up bigger than normal? What version of Firefox are you using? What version of Android you are using?

  6. Notifications with fast answers

    When we receive a message in windows desktop or mac os X, it will be very great if there was an form to fast answer directly on notification.

    Sometimes we receive a message and we could answer in a fast mode with we don't need to enter on app and answer..

    Thank you for the request. For common responses you can use the shortcuts feature which reduces the time necessary to answer the Visitor.

  7. Option to show the advanced trigger once per day

    Currently there is a limit for the trigger to once per visitor. I would like to enable "once per day per visitor" to allow the trigger to show to returning visitors, but not to often, so once per day would be a good frequency.

  8. Better url parser

    Entering a "(note)" with an URL in the chat dialog includes the closing parenthesis in the URL - e.g.:

    xxxx (get more info on www.example.com/moreinfo)

    makes a wrong link to "http://www.example.com/moreinfo)"

  9. allow Agents to store their IP addresses as Knowns so they don't show up in reporting

    When checking the reports and activities, it would be helpful to sort out the Agents' activities.

  12. Alter the appearance of the chat widget when offline in mobile to highlight is a chat system

    The mobile widget when the dashboard is offline displays a "Mail" message, which is not ideal because the widget should inform the user about the chat feature, so the user can keep it in mind and come back later if he wants.

    make it possible to measure the time the chat is online even if there is not people that want to chat, we are still online available. the time we click on and the time we click of during that day needs to measured. It will be great. % is not enough.

    We would be delighted to work together with you in implementing an integration with our CRM system so that a chat session could be invoked from within the CRM and customer service representatives working with the CRM would be able to seamlessly interact with customers via chat

  16. Allow to customize the mobile widget text

    Some mobile users get confused when they see 'Chat' text on the widget and instead of thinking it's support chat they think it's websites internal messaging system.
    It would be nice if we were able to customize it to say 'Support Chat' or 'Need help?' or something along those lines.

    We currently do not have an attention grabber for mobile. The widget will appear as either a bubble or a rectangular icon to visitors accessing your website with a mobile device.

    The word “Chat” in the rectangular widget can not be modified.

    Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.

  20. CNAME Masking of the Tawk.to URL

    We use tawk.to as a pop-out chat.

    Because of this the tawk.to url is displayed.

    I think it would be a good idea to be able to mask the tawk.to URL with CNAME.

    So then the URL would could be 'livechat.example.com'.

    This shouldn't affect tawk in getting your name out of there as like with the chat being at the bottom of the page, your logo would be in the bottom right corner still :).
