Option to show/hide user timeline in chat window
Now if a user come to chat then he view some pages and again ask something, it's not easy to maintain the conversations because in the chat we see the links he visited then have to scroll to top to see what we were talking about.
If we have a switch like 'Hide chat detail' for timeline would be great.9 votesHi there Ali,

Include the webpage, not just the domain, the chat was initiated on in the email transcripts.
You can see the exact page a visitor is on while using the web admin page. However, when the chat is finished and the transcript is emailed only the domain is included. I've got multiple products that need various different replies based on where the chat is coming from.
For example. If you are on a page asking the chat operator about shoes for sale, and your websites also sells umbrellas, the transcript should have some indication that the conversation was on the shoe page. (yes, if they conversation includes mentions of shoes this would be obvious. Let's just assume…

This is a good idea but I don’t see how to implement it in a way that would be 100% accurate because a person can navigate to another product while talking about a different product. Including all visitor history would not make sense either.

Change the minimum delay time to whatever you want.
Instead of a minimum of 10 seconds delay time, for instance a trigger, a delay time of 2 seconds.

Desktop Notifications size / location
The ability to customize the size and location of the Desktop Notifications would be helpful. Up in the corner can get lost sometimes with multiple windows open.

I would like the chat system to offer the user the option to go to a URL where they can open a manual ticket if there is no one available.
When a user starts a chat and no one is available to take it, the system only sends an email with the transcript. I would like to be able to configure an option that instead tells the user no one is available, and asks whether they would like to be directed to a URL that allows them to manually create a support ticket on our system.

Automatically link pre-defined phrases
I think it would be great if we could pre-define phrases that associate with URLs as I often find myself typing the name of products, etc and it would be great if they automatically became links within my message to the site visitor.

This is a wonderful idea but unrealistic to implement, given the amount of different sites and products on them. But you can make keyboards to include specific links.

Can we link populate automatically the cookies from browser to this chat as an email id
For ex: lets consider a visitor has given email and his details. Can we automatically ping him through chat saying Hi <NAME> and in the backend with the details of his Name & Email through cookies.

A HTML/PHP Code for a online (personal/Custom) control pannel
This is what i mean:
If you have a website and you code it by yourself. Why not a Custom online controlpannel? so you can login with (For example)
Username: Admin
Password: ExampleAnd you get for example this screen: http://goo.gl/La1J1h (its just a image)
So you can manage your checkbox, your income and likes at the same time/pannel
I hope this would be add in the future (because i need it)

This is what our dashboard is meant for. But we are not planning on allowing integrating our dashboard on other platforms.
what we are planning on, is making integrations with popular CMS’s and eCommerce platforms so it’s easier to add our Widget on them and expand functionality of each integration in the near future.Hope this answers your request.

We cannot control who uses the Widget but you can use the Ban function to ban people who abuse your site with fake requests.

Block messages
It would be nice to block messages automatically after a contact form in the cat. The time an agent does not enter into conversation with the person, the person can not speak . Otherwise lively spam

Even though we understand the reason why, this would just make it more frustrating for normal Visitors and need more time for Agents to receive the first message from the Visitor.

Attachment not to go to the tawk link
i hate having to be taken to a tawk link to download an attachement. sometimes my computer wont open it because its an external link, and my customers have said the same thing.

Widget Position/Placement were ever I need in my website
I would like the ability to place the widget were I need it. I need to place it in a left column just above a list of items. Plus I would like the ability to have Online and Offline images according to my website design.

Amazon/eBay Integration
I would like to have Amazon/eBay integration to automate messages from those websites to a specific agent/department. This will allow employees to find the messages specific to them without searching through every message we get.

Leave Chat History Visible When Changing to Offline
When a chat is initiated the history of that chat disappears from the customer when we go offline at the end of the working date and is replaced by an offline contact form.
It would be good if a customer could toggle between the form and their chat history (if they have one).

Unfortunately the history of a specific Vistior will be lost if cookies are cleared on the Visitor site. So, we cannot 100% accurately provide this functionality even if we want to. :(

Chat box should remain fix on website. No one should be able to move the chat box manually.

Firewall to restrict users access dashboard outside company.
There are times when a company don't want agents to play foul on website visitors. We tested twak.to and we found that there is no way we can restrict a agent from logging outside company network. This allows them to login to dashboard and chat with our customer, doesn't matter if they have left the company or not even part of it. Agents can share password to competitors who can engage with our customers and misguide them.
