  1. Windows Auto Login on Start

    Right now every time I start my computer up I have to login and even if I click remember me, it doesn't stay logged in. It would be nice to be able to start it and have it save my login and auto log me in and set me as available when it starts unless I actually log out.

    Other software such as skype keeps you logged in automatically until you physically log out of that program. One less thing to remember to do.

  2. API method to create the initial message

    A new API method to fill the text input with a premade message, passed as a argument. Like openDialog('Hello, I need help with me dashboard'), and the input field would have 'Hello, I need help with me dashboard'

  3. Allow desktop notifications to be user customizable. Currently, they are much too easy to miss when working on other tasks

    The notifications are inadequate and are going to cause me to stop using the app since I am repeatedly missing chats while working on other desktop tasks. There should be a way to keep the notification on screen until acknowledged, and also to make it appear bigger and more intrusive

  4. Hello... i want to integrate your chat widget with our website. I would like to know if hubspot can be integrated with your chat widget?

    It is easy if CRM solutions is directly integrated with chat widgets for companies focussing on lead generation. So I would like to know if you can do this then we would like integrate you chat widget on our site

  7. Line breaks are not respected in HTML email notification

    If a user enters an offline message, the HTML email notification does not add line breaks where the user adds line breaks. This can result in a message with all the text in one line and very difficult to read.

  8. Add a trigger condition for history pages

    "Visitor history page" - as a value you put a part of an URL or exact URL that visitor visited during his session.

    Example: if visitor was on contact page once, don't ask him if he needs help.

  11. Add multi-language option in Prestashop Tawk.to module

    Hi there,

    I have a prestashop store in two languages, the thing with prestashop platform is that you cannot paste the tawk.to script code in all the pages depending if you want the chat in a specific language or in another, because there are hundred of page combinations.

    So the chat will always appears in the same language no matter if you are in the english, spanish or french version of your site. And it can make your clients confused.

    It's set to GMT+0 but it would be nice is it could be set to different time zones so on first glance we could see when they tried to contact

    I was wondering, what if you give the possibility to every user to customize their login page to their chat dashboard ?
    I mean let the user insert the logo of his company or other features that might make appear the login page more professional , if used by employees

    When I send a link to a customer it opens a new tab. If the link is related to the same website, it should be openedin he same window.

  18. have the ability to not having the cursor put automatically in the chat box after a automatic system message (trigger)

    When we setup triggers, the chat pops up automatically (automatic system message). The problem is that the cursor of the user is not on the chat box, so if the user was typing into another field in the web page, it now writes in the chat box and sometime annoying to the end-user. Would be nice to have the ability to set the cursor NOT to automatically go into chat box after trigger.

  20. Improve API to explain how to change visitor name

    Although there are some explanations in the API doc I think they could be more extensive. It took me some time to figure out how to do it and from the forum threads it seems I'm not the only one to have struggled.
    What about something like:

    To set the visitor name you have to options.
    1) Before embedding the app code, define the TawkAPI object with the visitor info. On load, the Tawk.to script will pick up the parameters and set the user name and email
