Imagine that you have call to action section on your website with button saying "I want to know more about XYZ". Visitor clicks this button and it opens chat and in the visitor's message would be predeffined text, something like "Hello, can you tell me more about XYZ?" so customer can only press enter and start conversation with us.5 votes
It would be cool if we could send an automated followup email after a chat. For example, send an email 3 days after a closed chat, asking if the visitor needs any more assistance with what was discussed in the chat and keep a conversation going.25 votes
We use HSTS, essentially HTTPS everywhere, and HTTP2. HTTP2 is much more efficient than HTTP1.1, and should take a load off everyone's server.3 votes

On the desktop app, your visitor stats up on the top right will only update if you switch to another tab. Such as monitoring then switch back to the dashboard tab.
Can it be modified so that the stats live update without having so switch tabs. It can be a bit of a pain having to keep switching tabs to see how many visitors there have been.4 votes

This is my suggestion that Trigger could recognize customer's name and say hello with them. Then, they can surprise, feel comfortable, happy and appreciate us.6 votes
What about screen capturing the visitors screen when for example the visitor has some problems with the website, the user clicks on a button and it will take a screenshot from the current page only and send it to the agent.453 votes

When you assign a ticket to a particular department, only agents from that particular department will be able to see the ticket in the Messaging section.
Admins will still be able to see all tickets from all departments21 votes
The specific use case I have is I am using a drupal website and I don't want the chat option to show up on the admin pages when I am working in the admin section of the site. So if there was a an option to NOT show tawk.to chat invite on pages whose URL contained /admin/ that would be great. And then I realized the ability show ONLY on pages that matched certain url strings would be good too. Thanks. Michael7 votes

Lot's of times when we talk with the clients through the chat, we like to know what they have in the cart in order to help them. If possible, it would be great to have this feature, like Hubtalk for Prestashop has. This helps us to be more efficient with the client. Including the stock for each product woudl be great too, but is simple if you take a look at HubTalk.

I have installed this application in my website. Now I wanted to send message to agent programattically that when new order in my website is placed then a message to the agent will be sent that "a new order is placed".

What platform you use for your website? For the email option to work, the Widget has to be integrated with that specific platform.
We already have a few integrations and are working on updating them.
