We currently don’t have a reCAPTCHA or spam filter option for our chat widget.
Alternatively, you can ban Spammers by their IP addresses to prevent them from accessing the widget on your site.

Trigger Condition To Detect Previous Chat and Not Fire Trigger
If an agent has served a chat and that chat has been ended, then a condition is needed to NOT fire a trigger.
Example: Customer initiates chat and is served by agent. Customer ends chat and proceeds to checkout page where a trigger is set to ask if they need help if on that page for 2+ minutes. Trigger should not fire because the agent just talked to them. Asking if they need help just after you served them is annoying and looks bad.

Different Alerts for different websites
Different Sound Alerts for different websites. I have just added a new website and I would love it if you could have different sound alerts for different website. A quicker fix would be to disable sounds for certain websites.

Set scheduler for whole country: example scheduler tawk work from monday to friday 9am 6pm for all Italy, not specific city.

WYSIWYG for Shortcuts
I would love to be able to customize the way that links work in the Shortcuts. Being able to insert a proper <a href="..."> style link would allow us to work in our sales funnel flow much easier.

UI changes for many concurrent chats needed
When many people are chatting concurrently it is too hard to manage under current layout. The 'Messaging' screen would almost work, but it does not show real time users and status. If I could use a slim list like that and collapse all the left hand column I could easily see many chats and if any were waiting on responses. Then, rather than covering that screen when selecting a chat, have a single box on the right that reflects the selected chat, while allowing me to monitor the list. Best agent management
Actually, we have to manage each site separatly. A good thing is to be able to select an agent team and assign him/her to multiple site on couple click. (Check box per exemple)

Automaticaly disable sound when scheduler is set to offline.
For example, if the scheduler is set to offline from 6pm, it would be great to have the option to disable sound notifications as well. At the moment, my chats are set offline after hours but my home computer keeps ringing when offline messages are received. This means I have to set the scheduler to go offline at 6pm, but I have to also manually disable sound after hours, or exit the program to avoid hearing sounds every time somebody posts an offline message... :)

In the page trigger, allow for comma separated links so groups of pages can have the same trigger

timestamp any notes made on a chat so that it is clear who has made which notes and you have a clear history. this will help build up a profile for that person for the next analyst to read.

It would be great if the OS X dock icon would display a badge showing the number of open chats and open tickets.

Remove navigation history for chat transcript email for customers
Sometimes we need to email the chat transcript to visitors for their own reference. While for emailing chat internally within company, it is okay to have navigation history(User navigated to page X), for sending out emails to the customer this history in the chat is not appropriate.
Would be great if there was a drop down, where we could select if the email was meant for internal communication or external customer. In latter scenario, the chat transcript sent would not have the navigation history, but only the messages.

Make Scheduler API Retrievable
API for retrieving the scheduled online times for each day. This makes it possible to generate a page which shows the customers / visitors when the chat operators will be there to chat with.

A trigger for someone about to shut down the page without passing the succes checkout page, which says 'Not found what you are looking for? How may I help you?'
