Agent to Agent chat monitoring by an administrator
An administrator should be able to monitor agent to agent chat. This would be very helpful for any training or disputes.

Redesign Notes Section
Currently, to view the notes, you must click "Add Note" and the field shows up at a pop-up.
Instead, I'd like if the notes section was visible & editable without having to click anything. This way with just a glance you can see the notes, without an extra click.
It would also allow for the highlighting and dragging of chat text directly into the note section.
Ex:
Admin: What is your email?
User: example@example.comAdmin can then highlight and drag the email into the note section.

Add a new row ~ Owner
It would be nice to add a new row "Owner" that would be the only one able to add an administrator , modify or delete it . It would also be the one to manage the site and widgets , the administrator concerned as managing agents and sections.

When creating a ticket for an offline message, automatically close the chat.
When you receive an offline message and you create a ticket, you have to close the offline chat yourself afterwards. It would be useful if this would happen automatically, so as soon as you create a ticket, the offline message will be shown as closed. This to avoid miscommunication, for example if someone on your team forgets to close the offline message and someone else creates another ticket for that same message.

Customize default site for history widget
On the dashboard's history widget, you select the site you're interested in. Being able to select a specific site as the default for history display would be awesome!

make the custom questions in prechat form be department dependent
when the user selects a department in the pre-chat form - it will be really useful to have specific custom questions for this depertment

Sync status over all devices
I would prefer to have the status synchronized over all devices. Now if I go online on the PC and leave the house with my mobile I can't go offline because changing status on the mobile doesn't change status on the PC. This is rather confusing. I see no advantage whatsoever in the way it is handled now over a synched status. At least make this an option: "Sync status on all devices" or "handle status on every device separately"

This is amazing service, and would be very useful for estore websites in Iran, but apparently Iran has been blocked because of USA sanctions, USA Sanctions over against Iran, google,microsoft,yahoo all removed their restrictions against iran. So your great company also can do this :)

I would like to be able to add my company logo somewhere in dashboard.

Delete chat history between agents.
Add option to delete chat done between two agents. same as we can delete visitors/clients chat.

However, we don’t have a function for deleting those messages.

Having the ability to rename "options" button in the chat
Please make a possiblilty to have the button "options" visible in the chat at the bottom where you choose name, sound etc. to make it local. For example in Czech we can have everything translated but not this one. And we do not have Options, we need to put there "Možnosti" And we can't... Thanks!

Expanded search of messages
Last update, which introduced a Messaging (Ticketing) system, removed a useful feature which allowed us to perform a search through history of all websites. Now it's only possible to choose a website and find only messages of it. Is it possible to return a feature which would allow us to find messages without choosing a particular website? E.g. find all messages by agent's name independently of the website.

WPTouch support
WPTouch is a popular WP plugin for creating a mobile version of the site. Currently the chat widget is not compatible with the plugin and does not display for mobile visitors.

Set field-values in the pre-chat-form via the javascript-api, not only name/email
With the current version of the js-api it is only possible to set name and email-address. But ofter there are other data that the website already knows if the customer is logged in, e.g. the customer's id.
It would be awesome if all field in the pre-chat-form can be filled/controlled with the js-api

We see that quite a few of you are asking for this feature and we would love to give it to you but the problem is that to get this information, our Widget has to be integrated with the specific platform which us used as the backbone for the website. We have a few now and will expand further.
What is the platform that you use so we know for what to build the integration first?

I would like to have a chat window open on a dedicated support page that minimizes after a few seconds.

Taskbar icon status
When using the windows app, I would like to see my chat status (away, online, etc) at the taskbar icon. Like a change of color, or a change of the icon itself. So you don't have to go to the dashboard to check your own status each time;-)

Web Browser Icon fix
Under the "Monitoring" tab, user web browsers Microsoft Edge (For Windows 10) shows a google chrome icon, and internet explorer does not show the web browser at all; Only shows the OS. When we want to see what web browser users are navigating in, Firefox and chrome works fine.

Hyperlink available in Pre Chat Form
In the pre chat form, if you post a telephone number there, it will become a hyperlink. It would be beneficial to be able to add custom hyperlinks in the pre chat form. IE: "Click here to access xxxxxxxx" , upon clicking on that link, would re-direct users to a custom webpage.
