    I think the promotional e-mail or any kind of e-mail from tawk.to support team should be sent only to Admins and not to agents.

  3. Have the option to look 'online' but then put up an away message.

    We don't want our after hours leads to not fill out some of our forms because we appear offline. We'd love for them to get a message that after they start a chat after hours says, "Thanks! We are currently outside of business hours but will be in touch first thing in the morning!"

    Thank you for the idea but as tickets can be replied later, they don’t have a sense of urgency but live chats do. It would be confusing to have sounds for each incoming ticket together with incoming chats.

  6. Monitoring sleep should not take me away from my work - Mac

    Whenever monitoring is going to sleep, it sends me a notification and then when it actually does go to sleep, it pops the tawk window to the front, stopping me from doing any other work. This is particularly annoying when typing emails or documents.

    If anything, I would prefer it did this when a customer started a chat... Seems to be completely wrong. No one really cares if monitoring is going to sleep.

  7. to add a keyword option

    By this i mean to say that if a visitor has come from google, then i must be able to know what the user has typed in google which led him to my website. If you can add this feature, maybe this can help a lot of people in SEO !

  8. Change the vocab of "Recipient" on the ticket form to something more understandable.

    The agents creating a ticket are having trouble with the name of the Recipient name/email fields on the ticket form because they think that I am the recipient if they are sending/assigning it to me.

    And it would be nice if the form defaulted the logged in user so that they don't have to enter their name/email address every time.

    We understand that you would like to customize our app in every aspect but uploading unauthorized audio files can be copyrighted and because of that, currently we cannot allow this option.

    I would like to have a trigger based on url that can change the balloon icon.

    We have multiple sales people who are responsable for parts of our site.
    In the balloon we added there profile picture.

    It would be great to have the option to change the profile picture (Balloon) based on a url trigger.

    Should be able to block MAC ID and not the IP address, otherwise I loose out on all the other customers sitting out the same coworking space which have the same IP address, just by being operating out of the same facility.

    This is not possible because the MAC address is not broadcasted publicly otherwise tracking systems could specifically identify which user are you and have super targeted ads.

    We are not currently planning on custom positioning of the Widget but you can use our API to put the Widget anywhere you want.

    When we will update desktop apps, we will add unanswered conversations to the icon instead of active visitors as those can be seen in the Monitoring section.

    when i select the chat and put the welcome note. then i ll go back to monitoring there i have to select drop down option for already served visitors Means i want to view only active visitors. But every time i have to do manually can its make automatic that once i select to view the active visitors even im clicking monitoring.
