Support WebHooks so that we can set up integrations with other systems.

THEN a we are notified that someone is attempting to communicate with us in HipChatThis could easily be achieved with WebHooks.

Change offline emails to work with support tickets
- Limit the offline emails to a specific email address.
- Allow us to customize the emails - set the sender's name as the person it's "from" and set an appropriate subject, so that it can be imported into support ticket systems properly.

Please add "Tai" Language to your supported languages for translation of tawk.to Over 30 millions or more Tai people using this language.
Would like to put the language name as "Tai" or "Shan"
"Tai" is more preferable as our people call ourselves only Tai.

Add a public facing knowledge base
It would be great to integrate a public knowledge base like the one you guys have: https://www.tawk.to/knowledgebase/ So that customers can search for their own answrs first or when chat is offline. This will minimize the amount of chatting and ticket submissions for simple questions.
Hosting that on a white label space like support.yourdomain.com via CNAME records would be best so that the user never feels like they've left your site.
Custom headers/footers and navigation would help with the experience.

Option to hide the typing preview
We really need an option to hide the typing preview.
[typing...] is okay, but in many countries it is not legal to show their typed text before it is sent.162 votesHi!

Option to disable contact form and replace with custom text
When no one is onlne the contact form is showen. And this feature would allow it to disable it and replace with custom text

Translation and RTL
Please add Arabic to your supported languages. In addition, I noticed all companies including the big ones such as liveperson don't RTL their templates (RTL: Right to left for Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi etc.). The potential of RTLing the template is huge. It would give you access to 500 billion RTL speakers in the world. It doesn't take much, just 5 minutes to customize the widget through CSS.

There needs to be chat bubbles around the text in the widget!!!
there needs to be chat bubbles around the text anyone types because it gets very confusing when someone enters a message more then once before the other person responds so in order to tell what was sent with what every text the customer or agent types in the chat session should have a chat bubble around it. this would make the look 1000 times better and make it look more professional as well.

Problems with desktop app (sound/crash)
Desktop application is randomly "disappearing" on Windows 10. Have to relaunch.
In addition, with sounds "muted" (sound notification, desktop notification off) it still makes sounds.

Please fix widget positioning in mobile display.
Now it's not fixed to bottom but moves everytime user scroll up an down.. and then after second or two it moves to where it should be

Ability to set the user name and email for the logged in user in the script
It will be great if we can set in the javascript some information about the logged in user automatically, rather than asking the user to re-enter them.
Incase of integrating with wordpress as an example, your plugin should be able to retrieve the logged in user details "Name / Email" directly
Incase of a manual integration: I should be able to set these values in the javascript

because your old design doesn't open chat automatically , although applying trigger message,

We have released new options under Widget Settings, including requested ’Disable message preview`.
Those options could be found in Admin – select required asset (widget) – Widget Settings.This option will disable current message preview above the widget and on message from trigger or an agent will maximize chat.
Please note that if you have enabled Pre-chat form, visitor will be required to fill it or skip (if all fields are non-required) first, before he can view chat messages.

Reply to Offline Message
When a user leaves you an offline message, you have the ability to forward the message to an email address, what would be useful is the ability to reply to the message from within tawk.to. If the user leaves their email address.
"If you would like to receive a response to this message, please ensure you leave a valid email address"
Staff log on to chat and look at History of offline messages and can reply to them 1 at a time very quickly from within the app. Maybe even show a flag of which messages have a valid email…

End Chat & Rating System
Its pretty simple, straight forward and useful.
Give the user/agent to end the chat and once that has happened give the user a rating system (not just a Thumbs up or Down) - possibly a five star rating system?
93 votesend chat has been implemented, and we won’t be changing the thumbs up / thumbs down – as we used to have a 5 star rating system, but visitors only ever seem to click 5 or 1, never inbetween. Making the remaining stars useless.

We have implemented `Availability Restriction` feature for widget settings, where you can restrict by domain (already was available) and by country*.
To access this feature please go to:
- Admin – select required Channel (Widget) – Availability Restriction.- At the moment search works with lowercase letter (will be fixed soon to accept also uppercase).
