  1. Do something about the estimate wait time because it's always 1 minute no matter what it never changes.. so you should make a queue!

    Instead of doing estimate wait time because its always the same wait time you should make a queue! where when people chat in it will say you are number ___ in the queue and it will say the actual real time quene or whatever we want to make it say. and then once an agent picks up it will do an automatic greeting! this is a must or to change the estimate wait time not always 1 minute because then customers are going to eventually realize its always 1 minute. :D

  2. Windows Application Spell Check

    There's no spell check facility natively in the windows application. Because of this I'm more likely to use the website rather than the web application as there's native spell checking done through the browser. If you are keen to get people using your apps then this is must-have.

    Unfortunately spell check is another industry and done at OS level so we are not planning to develop our own spell check application.

    Hi Maarten,

    Away will not put the widget offline because you are technically online. The widget will not be shown only if you set your status to invisible.

  4. Integrate with TeamViewer / Team Viewer API

    Over 200 MILLION TeamViewer downloads

    This may only be possible if you have a TeamViewer license.

    It would be great if the chat within TeamViewer was automatically tied to the T.V. domain license so that all chats are automatically captured within Tawk.to

  5. Design the chat widget like the widget from intercom.io

    I like the round chat bubble with the optional notification info next to it and that the chat is like a sidebar, when opened.

  8. Allow website script to pass values through the embeded script so Agent knows who his talking to automatically.

    When pasting script onto the html. Allows web programmer to pass values to the chat box. For instance a server side script paste the user detais automatically to the chat through the embeded javascript so when agent views the visitor, it automatically shows who the agent is talking to through the values passed.

    Hi there Faisal,

    Spellchecker is OS based not app based. So, if you change the keyboard you use on mobile, it should offer spellcheck. For windows you need an external application and for Mac it’s built in.

  10. Make it easier to comply with EU cookie law

    It would be great to make it easier for customers in the EU to comply with the EU cookie law as I was told at the moment I would need to install a separate application to my site and add a cookie policy to make it comply.

    Thank you for the idea. We are not currently planning on introducing such a feature because that could spam the Visitors message box, annoying them.

    You can use shortcuts for most frequently used URLs.

    Thank you for the idea but the wait time is calculated automatically depending on the actual average time your site Agents answer Visitors. We have no plans on allowing this to be set manually.

  13. Allow Animated Gifs as Avatar Customer Sees

    I want to have the option to add an animated gif as the visible avatar a user sees.

    Here is an example. http://www.westbrookcarecenter.com/

    By posting an animated gif that has been created from a short video, or even by allowing a video as an avatar, that would work incredibly well for getting the users attention.

    In the example provide, the avatar is asking the user to confirm how they found the website. But in my example the avatar could provide helpful message, instructions, and so much more.

    Please seriously investigate this feature.

  15. Select the agents who receive notifications from offline messages.

    Currently all agents get forwarded a message which means I have to deal with drama issues of who gets the lead. It would be nice to select which agents get offline messages forwarded to them.

    I so got used to live visitors in the left column. And now it is moved to the "Monitoring". Please, change it back. I was so confused at first when saw only chats in the left column.

    We cannot control who uses the Widget but you can use the Ban function to ban people who abuse your site with fake requests.

  19. configuring Reminder trigger for Agents

    Need a reminder trigger for Agents. If a visitor requests for a chat and the agents missed the request then within a specific time interval the agents should be reminded / buzzed again automatically.
    There are is no option to set triggers for Agents, just like visitors v should have for Agents so important events could be highlighted and many more things could be configured for the Agents.

  20. Be able to access a log of what pages people visit the most

    I would like to see on the dashboard what pages of our website get visited the most. Either shown in a graph or even just a log showing the most popular pages per site.
