  3. If your computer goes to sleep it puts you on invisible

    Make it so if your computer goes to sleep you are automatically switched to invisible so you don't miss any chats.

  4. Be able to access a log of what pages people visit the most

    I would like to see on the dashboard what pages of our website get visited the most. Either shown in a graph or even just a log showing the most popular pages per site.

  5. configuring Reminder trigger for Agents

    Need a reminder trigger for Agents. If a visitor requests for a chat and the agents missed the request then within a specific time interval the agents should be reminded / buzzed again automatically.
    There are is no option to set triggers for Agents, just like visitors v should have for Agents so important events could be highlighted and many more things could be configured for the Agents.

    Although we understand your need for Agent triggers, our goal is to make the dashboard to fill this purpose by default.
    There is an update coming in the coming months.

  6. price wrong about remove " powered by talk.to "

    Hi Mr, my company is small... not have problem in have " powered by talk.to " in chat... by i am analisy price about it... i think price wrong.

    for exemple.
    My company have 10 chats for week,,, i pay 15$ for month.
    Other company have 100 chats for week... it too pay some value.. 15$.... so not have justice.

    I my thinking... you can have price by size company or number of chats for week... for exemple.

    50 chats for month.... 2$
    100 chats for month... 5$
    300 chats for month .... 10$
    1000 chat for month .... 15$…

  7. Option to show/hide user timeline in chat window

    Now if a user come to chat then he view some pages and again ask something, it's not easy to maintain the conversations because in the chat we see the links he visited then have to scroll to top to see what we were talking about.
    If we have a switch like 'Hide chat detail' for timeline would be great.

    Everything should be an option. We are getting there but this will not be added in the near future.

  8. I would like the chat system to offer the user the option to go to a URL where they can open a manual ticket if there is no one available.

    When a user starts a chat and no one is available to take it, the system only sends an email with the transcript. I would like to be able to configure an option that instead tells the user no one is available, and asks whether they would like to be directed to a URL that allows them to manually create a support ticket on our system.

  9. Set department based upon specific web page

    I'd like the ability to have a widget that will automatically select the department based upon the webpage the visitor is on. For example, if they are on the web page for Dept A, the widget will automatically associate chats and offline messages with Dept A. And if the buyer is on the page for Dept B, then the same thing would happen for Dept B.

    This would alleviate the problem of users choosing the wrong department, or not know what department they should contact.

    HI there dear tawker,

    Thank you for the idea.
    You can achieve the same effect by using a different widget for different websites. Departments should serve as different contact points for users, depending on their necessity.

    We cannot select the department automatically as we cannot predict what will the users question be.

    Hopefully this answers your request.

  10. contact form

    Instead of replying users to send emails to my forwarding emails, why don't make a contact form for them to fill it? I mean not the contact form in the chat, but a totally indepenndent contact form embedded on a website.
    Example of infos is Name, Email, Subject, Message......
    Instead of letting the send an email, why dont ask them to fill up a form? I currently use Pirate Forms and it isnt working well as its a 3th party.

    That is a completely different product and use one of the companies that do this. Our strong point is live chat. But you never know where would we expand next.

  11. Remove Baidu Spider from active users

    They currently are the only bots I see that activate Tawk, as they must activate javascript. They are not genuine chat visitors and can be easily identified by their hostname, e.g. baiduspider-180-76-15-160.crawl.baidu.com. They make the sound notification on new users constantly activate.

  12. Prechat form

    Hello,

    The pre-chat form remembers the clients last email,name ,department and when the client enter again in new chat session the above are already selected.Email and department cant be change from the interface.This makes department option useless. Please add option which allows the pre-chat form to be requested every time when the client enters in the chat.

    We would love to implement this sort of user detection but unfortunately there is no 100% precise way to detect this sort of information. :(

  14. Automatically link pre-defined phrases

    I think it would be great if we could pre-define phrases that associate with URLs as I often find myself typing the name of products, etc and it would be great if they automatically became links within my message to the site visitor.

    This is a wonderful idea but unrealistic to implement, given the amount of different sites and products on them. But you can make keyboards to include specific links.

    Hope this helps.

  15. Customers can watch when an agent join or leave a conversation

    Before the updates customers could see when an agent had joined or left the chat, and I think that this option is super useful because all of them can know when is talking with somebody or when somebody is not more in the chat.
    After the updates this option is not avaliable. Please return this option!

  16. Forbid usernames

    I would like to have a option to forbid use some nicknames. The best example that visitor is taking agent/admin nickname.

  17. Advanced trigger: to fire message if user sent specific word in the message

    I want to specify for example word "where" in this condition - so message should fired if, when user write this word. It would be nice to use regexp there, but it's not necessary. Just match word enough.

  18. Disable Tawk.to when Offline to increase loading speed.

    Would be great to have a way to disable Tawk.to when you're offline. My website is loading 1-2 seconds slower because of Tawk.to, and there is no need for that when you're offline.
    I have also seen a website which uses LiveChat, but let the customers to "click" on it, and then it loads, would have been great to have that as well. - Fast site - happy customer.

  20. dynamically create new user

    Hi There

    Your service is awesome and almost exactly what I need.

    I have a template based site where once users subscribe they get a dedicated link that would be www.site.com/desired_name and would love for my subscribers to automatically be subscribed to Tawk and be able to chat without any delay.

    I would like to find out if there is any possibility to dynamically create users where my site could call a web method perhaps or a function in the javascript API passing through the email address and desired qualifying password whereby an account could be created and a confirmation…
