  2. Mobile icon also on desktop

    I like mobile icons more than desktop version of chat. I'd like to set icon for desktop version because it is more compact.

  3. You can add Vietnamese language?

    Dear,
    In Vietnam currently has many websites switch to the use Tawk.to
    However, now on tawk.to no Vietnamese language for the panel.
    We wish you added the Vietnamese language you to the dashboard.
    I will translate from English to Vietnamese, and you put on the software.
    You can sent me an email include a list (or table) English language to thepbaotin@gmail.com and i will translated into Vietnamese.

  5. Email notification to the specific department

    Thank you for your great app and we really love your service. I would like to suggest about the email notification if there is "Left message" when the widget is offline.

    We have 20 agents that have been separated by language. But, if there is any message was left, the notification is gonna send to all agents... And, we don't which one is following the person... (20 agents can send the same answer to the person)

    Can we be able to add "Department" option when they try to leave a message on offline status?
    And, the message must go to…

  6. Add an 'End Chat' option for visitor

    Ideally a button to officially 'end' the conversation would exist. This allows a definite end, but also does not keep the operator's window stagnate in case the user simply walked away, of in case of mobile, just close their phone and put it in their pocket.

  7. Live chat box on mobile devices - appearance

    we would really like it if the chat box would appear the same across both desktop and mobile devices. Ideally not to take up the entire screen on mobiles and ipad etc. it is not as user friendly - better to have it in bottom right of screen.

  8. Provide a "bubble" also for chat balloon.

    Currently, the bubble is only available for the bar. It would be interesting to have her in the bubble too.

    A function allowing to exclude my IP when I am on my site or on my WP admin interface. Thus, no impromptu and unnecessary notifications to agents and other administrators.

  10. Bug Report: when no photo set for agent, it is incorrectly loading the "default" image

    No route matches [GET] "/default"

    I get hundreds of these 404 errors on my server every day, finally tracked it down to the tawk embed script.

    I only have the minified script, but it's probably this line (your devs will have to search for the unminified version):

    (p = (e = g && g.pi ? t.agentImgUrl + "/" + g.pi : "default") ? "url('" + e + "')"

    If "pi" isn't set (no image for an agent), then the url doesn't have the agentImgUrl prepended, meaning that the whole url is "default". This will then load mysite.com/default, which doesn't exist,…

  11. Automatically email transcripts

    You should be able to have the option to email transcripts automatically to a email after the conversation is finished with a customer. It means you are able to track back to them if needed, and saves the hassle of having to manually do it as that can be time consuming when you have a lot of customers.

    Hi there dear tawkers,

    You are able to send a conversation transcript to any email address by using the “Email” icon in the Messaging section after a conversation has ended. Currently we are not planning on implementing an auto forwarding of conversation transcripts because many Visitors find that annoying.

    Additionally Visitors can email the conversation transcript them selves by clicking on Options —> Email transcript.

    Hope this answers this request.

    Spanish Translation needed, still some text of the front-side widget are not open to customization. Like the text:

  14. When a customer emails you, you should just click reply and have their email in the to box. It goes to a noreply@tawk!!

    Please have it so whenever an agent replies to a message from a customer by clicking reply in outlook, the message to box is populated with the senders email.... whats the point of sending it to a noreply@tawk.. it makes no sense and people are a;ways making this mistake!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix!!!! thanks from the UK!!! Great Product otherwise!

    We have released new options under Widget Settings, including requested ’Disable chat rating`.

    Those options could be found in Admin – select required asset (widget) – Widget Settings.

  16. Allow an option to enable/disable the typing [...] icon to customers.

    It makes some people confused and stop midway if I am typing a response to their question that is also being typed. It would definitely be great to implement this simple toggle. Thanks!

  17. Set Availability Hours in iOS app

    I'm beta testing the iOS app and noticed that when I close out of the app, I'm set as away to my visitors. Can you offer an option to enable scheduling, or availability hours, so that even when I'm not in the app, visitors can start a chat and I'll be able to accept them? I think this is a really important feature. Thanks!

    UPDATE : Scheduling can now be done from within the dashboard.

    We are glad someone brought up this topic. When you put the application to the background, we are unable to accurately determine your availability to answer chat due to technical limitation on iOS. When we are unable to determine your availability, we set your status to away and start sending push notifications whenever visitor sends a message. When you re-open the app we will set your status back to online again. If we are unable to determine your availability for an extended period of time, then we update your status to offline.

    We do this status update because you might or might not answer the chat. We think by letting the visitor know that the chat might not be answered, we can provide better user experience by not putting them in a limbo.

  20. The bird is not a submit button, reposition the logo

    In an active chat widget, the tawk logo (bird) is positioned in the right corner. I find this easily mistaken for a submit button. So users click on it after typing their message..
