  1. I need help

    We are using or chatting for a real estate company, We need to make some changes to the Tawk.io chat we need to fix it so it works as follows:

    1) Run roulette / escalate by attendants or departments ie as soon as a visitor enters the chat the notification appears to the first attendant who is free and so on the scale.

    2) that the service is limited to 1 per agent (once a broker accepts a new chat he can not catch another if he does not close the current one)

    3) the administrator can create the departments…

  2. Only show the widget after clicking on a Chat Now Button

  3. new Auto trigger needs to show all the message

    The new autotriggers are only showing a small part of the messages. It's not very smart.
    But the fact that a pre-form is now possible, is great!

  4. Initial Message Cannot Be X-ed

    The initial message which shows up and says "Welcome to our site, if you need help simply reply to this message, we are online and ready to help." cannot be removed using the X icon. This is really annoying customers.

    The initial message is a Trigger, you can edit or remove it in Admin – Triggers.

    We are aware that in some cases the X isn’t working. If possible can you take browser and its version on which the issue persist and inform us about it on support@tawk.to , thank you

  5. DKIM not verifying with Godaddy.com for Remove Branding feature

    I bought the add-on to remove branding and am setting up the SPF and DKIM records in Godaddy.com. I can get the forwarding and SPF to verify but cannot get DKIM to verify. Any tickets I create the email gets quarantined by Office365. I believe if DKIM can get verified it hopefully will solve this. Need clearer instructions how to resolve if DKIM doesn't verify.

    It is possible. You can set email notifications and who will receive them in Admin – Mail Notifications.

    The Pre-chat form of Online chat will be like a chat request, so it has no email notification, since is expected that you are Online and will receive the notification by browser/desktop app or by mobile app.

    You can set Pre-chat form for user to fill with his data.

    When the Pre-chat form will be activated, on opening widget user will see the Pre-chat form before he can continue to conversation view.

    Why I can't change the avatar trigger? because it so weird if you see avatar man on women fashion website, please fix that, I appreciate it if you guys working on that now. need a good news soon.

    Each trigger can have it’s own avatar or image. Please go to Admin – Triggers – select trigger you wish to customize.

    ... when I ‘unhide’ the widget on the mobile view in Wix, it shows up as the desk top widget, NOT the one I have checked of in the Widget Appearance in the Admin page – the small circle with the speech bubble, how does this get fixed?

    If user have left his contact details, you can find them in Messaging – Contacts.
    From there you can create tickets to communicate with them, but at the moment directly with each person, not like mass emailing.

  13. Bug when uploading a image when chatting

    When I've a chat and i want to upload an image half after some chats the modal is half hidden on the screen. So the confirm button is not possible to hit. (safari, macbook)

    Ive to refresh the page again and upload the image again.

    When the language has more than 60% we prepare it to be added to the dashboard.

    Currently there is an issue on server with adding new languages, so some languages that reached 60 or more % are waiting for the issue to be fixed.

  16. The ability to have an automated response system where I can input pre-questions with a checkbox that the client will enter fast.

    Example: I probably can create 10 questions, looking for specific answers (a checkbox option). Form the end user's perceptive this will be easy to just click and click within a minute, but to us it will provide the specific answers that we are looking from a chat interaction.

    You can add several questions with input fields, multiple or single choice selections.
