  1. Forward offline messages to different email

    Most owners may sign up for admin using their personal email but delegate the reply of messages to customer service team. It will be useful to select another email (customer service) to forward offline messages.
    Or in alternative, at least allow to disable offline messages.
    I don't want my personal email full of requests that I can't handle.

  2. Image compression & js Minify

    just copied and pasted from chat with one of your agents - busy at work so cant re-type it now -

    I'm currently smashing my head against googles page speed insights

    and theres only a couple of bits left, mainly losslessly compressing the images from tawk

    as these are on your server though I cant do anything about it

    guessing other users would benefit from this though so thought id ask the question of if it would be possible to compress them slightly?

    also the js files could use being minified too

    what's the chances of one of your dev…

    The start a chat bubble changes size on a responsive site. We will be introducing more customization features in the near future.

  4. remember property/site in the new admin panel

    Please remember the selected property (site), and optionally widen up the select so you can see multiple sites at a glance (and click 1 time to get to them, instead of opening the select box first)

    This bug for History panel has been fixed. It now remembers your last selected site.

    We will look into the option expanding the dashboards functionality with the planned redesign.

  7. Mobile widget size and scale, open in new tab or remain over window, edit widget name

    Several users on forum asked for this (links at bottom) but I don't see all in one place, so here:

    1. Currently the widget autodetects if it is a mobile device, IOS or Android, is there a way to disable detection? So it remains a small window over the page, like on desktop computers?

    2. having migrated from Zopim chat, iPad users are complaining the widget now opens in new tab instead of remaing over the site page, and in larger screens (8" and over) it should be able to remain over the page like desktop users, so they can navigate and…

    We have updated the widget today, stylized, resized and changed the icon, as well as loading the chat above your site, as opposed to pushing the visitor to a separate tab as it did before.

  8. Integrate Tawk.to ticket system into the Tawk.to mobile app

    Being able to access / create / reply to support tickets within the Tawk.to mobile app would be great.

  11. Get rid of the hour long idle time

    Get rid of the hour long idle time on the admin side of things I have missed so many chats because of it its really annoying to miss chats with my clients due to it.

    In offline form Send button must be " Отправить " in Russian, not " Послать" . Please make this correction.

    Try to let the chat window be fully customizable. For example, the possibility to choose whether the thumbnail photo of the agent will be circular or square... Hide or show the feedback buttons and so on...

    We have now added a “Hide widget on mobile” option.
    To enable it please go to Admin – select required property – Widget Settings – enable Hide widget on mobile.

  17. Be able to have triggers disabled when not online

    Triggers are great, but we use them primarily to start a chat with a customer. If we are not available or not online we would prefer that the triggers get disabled until we are back online.

    When someone receives a trigger they usually assume it was sent from us live and it causes frustration when we don't respond because we are not available.

    A simple option to have triggers (either globally or per trigger) temporarily disabled when offline or on all the time would be great.

    I want to know how to collect data from History : chats, page views, visits, and visitors for monthly? I was already check in Historical tab but only daily. And one else for Chats, I want to know how many missed chat and not missed for monthly.

    You can see statistics about conversations in the Reporting section of the site but for historical data about users you can see in Google Analytics.

  19. Chat on a mobile website

    This is probably the best chat app we have come across.

    A few things would make it better. Please consider the following:

    1. Allow to change the size of the chat widget that shows when viewing a website from a mobile device.
    2. The chat window should open in the same user webpage and not open a new page in tawk.to in order to chat.

  20. let customer email chat transcript to themselves before minimizing chat window on close

    The chat window closes straight away, the chat window should ask if the person would like an email of the transcript before it closes. (10 sec timer)

    Hi!
    User can request for transcript to be emailed when chat will end and convert to history-chat while chat is ongoing and after.
    If he manually ended a chat he can maximize the widget again and use “Email transcript” feature.
