Desktop notifications for existing chat
Create a desktop notification for every time the visitor replies. This means the agent can switch to another tab without having to check back to see if the visitor has replied.

I understand what you are saying but this gets very frustrating once you start having A LOT of conversations.
What you can do, is enable sounds notifications in the Settings, that way you will be able to hear, when a new chat has come in or an answer from a visitor is submitted.
Also, the tab title also show when a new message arrives.Hope this helps!

Enable website visitors to show when chat is not active
I can only see who's on my website searching when I'm signed in and turn the chat online, it would be awesome if I could log off the chat and still continue to see when someone comes online to my website and see what there doing

Show Online also when i am not there
people always ask the same questions. I have automated the answers to these questions and everybody is happy. Only when i switch of the dashboard i am in offline modus and people ask me the same question over the mail. I want a schedular that overrules the fact if i am there or not.

This can be done with Google Analytics, as we don’t control the analytics of your site, only our application usage.Hope this helps.

Chat Dashboard integration with Gmail account
Hello,
I suggest to integrate chat dashboard (which we need to login tawk.to) with gmail account, So I can chat with my website visitors with my gmail account too, If they start chat from my website, chat will initialize from my gmail account and I can reply them from my gmail chat too.

non javascript widget for non js browsers . i have flipboard users when they open my iste page in flipboard the chat widget button is not clcikable.
We want an option to use non js code where the browser does not support js.
So it shd work may be graceful degradation.

Implement a calculator feature into tawk.
I think you should implement a calculator feature into tawk, I think it would be useful for small business owners to help work out prices without carrying physical calculators around and would save time using/opening third party software.

Customize chat pop up window, would be great to have a section where people can add their email address for further deal alerts etc...
would be great to have a section where people can add their email address for further deal alerts etc... or have further information about the company, the agent talking to them , a questionnaire or consultation form they can fill out etc. I Love the chat system but see we could be capturing more information through it and customizing it for each persons needs.

We are not allowed to use Visitor email addresses for marketing purposes.

Show historical visitor path recordings (i.e. who visited you while you were asleep)
Luckyorange.com has this built in, although their is a bit cluncky. I am sure the coders at tawk can do a much better implementation.
Basically, for startups we like to know who visited the site and from which country, ip, referrer, all the good stuff that we can see when we are logged in.. But what happens when you sleep? A lot of visitors path and live analytical data is missed. So i propose to have historical path recordings or logs of visitors and their paths. This data seems to be already stored by Tawk, but we are unable to…

Use my own mail server
I would like to use my own mail server, as an email sent from Tawk servers went to spam box, if this is not possible, could at least be able to change the sender address and have the email subject in my language .

make the Pop-Out window "Always on Top" so it is still visible over other webpages or windows.
It would be nice to be able to start a chat inline, have it Pop-Out to a window and have that window stay always on top of other windows, so we can chat while doing things in the background.
