hide window from print view on page
Allow the client to hide the window from Print View of the page.
It currently shows a little grayed out version of the chat box at the bottom of pages. There is no reason for this on a printout of a page.16 votesHi there dear tawkers,
This has been resolved in comments. We don’t control how your site collects data for Printing out a page, this is determined by your site.

Prevent New Chats
I can't tell you how many times I've picked up a chat about an half hour before I leave where the person keeps it active past closing time. And sure enough someone else requests a new chat just as the first person is winding down so that I end up being late.
My suggestion is that it would be nice that if near the end of the day you could "go offline" without actually shutting down and ending any currently live chats. This way you can close out any live chats, without rushing them, for fear of others taking their…

This has been solved with Scheduler. Just add your office hours and after them, people will see the Offline form you have set up.Hope this helps!

Allow html or shortcode in the pre chat form
It would be good if the pre chat form had the capability to add links to the text widget. Then we could say "please fill the form below or click here to view or knowledgebase"

Add a dropdown list for prechat
Let customers chose from several options in the pre-chat form (and for offline messages) For example if you need to know what state or city visitor from the form now gets very long. A dropdown for selection would be really appreciated!

Delayed visitor notification & Missed chat!!!
Please fix this issue, currently (~2 week till now), Tawk.to (on my andriod) keep facing issue of delayed visitor notification & missed(<-delayed) chat. When I received notification, customer left already. So we lost a very potential customer
Quite many ppl are getting this as well, I believe this has something to do with the new Andriod update (7.1.1 Im using, people with 8.0 also saying the same problem). Pls do something. Thank you.

mobile ideas.
Copy the behavior from zopim chat on Cell Phones, the chat icons get small non invasive, and also on chat window its on full screen on another page, make really easy to call the keyboard and be able to read the chat on the same time, in your chat the chat its inside the page in cellphones and the keyboard and layout don't shot the CHat window, and i am using a Note 3 1080p

I tested the current wiget enough, I hope the new design will improve in the following: Minifying https://embed.tawk.to/53a325cdd4512cea1200015d/default could save 857B (2% reduction) after compression, Losslessly compressing https://static-v.tawk.to/a-v3-16/images/icons.png could save 3.5KiB (36% reduction)., use PageSpeed Insights to enhance the experience for all users. greetings

Agent Chat v2
The new Dashboard is pretty sleek, and a huge improvement at first glance.
I noticed however that when using the "Agent Chat" feature it shows each chat in a "small / narrow" widget instead of using the main area as it does for "visitor" chat and the OLD "agent" chat did...
I think agent chats are just as important as visitor chats, and use the feature to speak with other agents about important topics. Therefore allow it to share the same space as it did before is critical.
Perhaps an option could be added to allow one to control whether…

I really like that it's now possible to select between bubble images, but it could be way better, if it was possible to upload a custom bubble image.

Allow detailed exportable statistics, broken down by the hour and agent.
The live stats are great. We need a way to export stats, specifically related to how many chats we take by hour and day and agent activity by hour and day. Even if it was limited to just the last 30 days it would be very useful.

Add a customizable bubble image for the top of the minimized chat window, so site visitors can see who they can chat with.
An image of the chat operator or the business owner on the top of the minimized chat window is very helpful. For me, it allows my customers to see that I have a family (I own a summer camp for kids), which helps build trust. It allows a more human experience and we have found (through previous chat clients) that we got a lot more chats when there is an image they can see on the chat window.
