Make chat online only during certain hours of the day. Automatically go offline at a certain time.
Allow us to determine a range of hours that we want the chat to say online.

It would be great, if you set preconfigured shortcuts of the most used chatphrases. and if a user need more he set own shortcuts. so you can save yourself a lot of work

App apk for phones without google services.
We in China don't have google services so we can not download your app from play market. Can you please add link for downloading your app directly for people who doesn't have google services on their phones? or maybe you could add your app to Chinese appstores?

App for some time is available to be used without Google Play services.
Also if there is no Play Store on your device, you can write us to support@tawk.to and request for Android .apk file.The app depends on using them to provide push-notifications, so we can’t guarantee that they will be able to arrive on your app. Also if there will be other features that depends on Play services, they may not work.

Custom labels for Agent group chat
It is nearly impossible to identify which group is what and often ending up posting a technical question in a wrong group. Obviously, nobody in the group have expertise to answer the questions causing delays and frustrating experience.
We love tawk.to so far and It is an urge to the Team on behalf of the community users wishing this feature gets implemented soon.

Previously Agent group chats had a name of agents participating in chat.
Now the chat name (title) is required to be set on creation step and can be changed later. -
Allow the Widget to be Always-ON
I talked to a few people from Support about this and it seemed like they thought I was crazy...
I thought the whole point of having the tawk.to mobile app was so that we could respond to any message as soon as it is received, even after hours? As of right now, we have to remain logged into the dashboard for our widget to appear "online." If that's the case, what's the point of having the app? And what's the point of having a scheduler? Using the mobile app will keep widget always Online, until you log out, change status to Invisible or end mobile session from other device. -
GDPR - Tick Box that visitor agrees with the storage of info and messages.
Add a tick box where visitor must tick "By using this chat you agree with the storage and using your personal information and messages" to enter chat. As this may be required by May 25th with new GDPR regulations?

Translation is missing for "Email transcript to:" and cannot be edited
We noticed this one translation is missing and cannot be edited so far. I checked in the 8 non-English languages we use and it said "Email transcript to:" in all 8. They are:
Spanish
Portuguese
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese
Japanese
Korean
German

On JOOMLA WEBSITES LANGUAGES
Hi, It should be great if You make option that we can use Your component on sites with more languages..
So if there is Russian and German language, Your widget goes in Russian when users are in Russian version of site. It goes German when users are in German version of site....If You want to work it with Joomla this is very important feature.

Chat Rescuer trigger... not working
Not sure why... but the Chat Rescuer feature on the triggers still fires the offline message to a user if the chat has started and ended within the timeframe set. If chat has initiated and/or completed, the trigger should not run.

X closes chat right away
X button sould have an option to close right away, no asking anything else alot of my users complain about this so an option to instant minimize with X would be good.

When you have an overview of the visitors, show the current cart value + products in the cart.

[Portuguese] Change the default word on the mobile widget
In portuguese it shows only "conver...", and that does not mean any thing! I suggest you change it to just "Chat" (the same in portuguese).

13 votesWe have updated the widget today, stylized, resized and changed the icon, as well as loading the chat above your site, as opposed to pushing the visitor to a separate tab as it did before.

more page referral information
In the dashboard I see the page the user came from to get to my page, but it shows just the page information. The whole referrer link would be of benefit to the agent to put their entry onto the page into context of the users actual search.
Even if it only limited to keyword searches and the keywords themselves are comma or newline separated after the referrer link.

add offline mode fallback trigger
When the chat is online, but no agent answers the chat, the customer stays there waiting for an answer. We can setup a Trigger to auto-reply if no agent replies within x amount of time (Chat rescuer), but it would be nice to have the option to change the chat window to "offline mode" so that customer can send his questions by email as if the chat was offline.

When offline, able to link to a page rather than chat offline form.
The customer should be transferred to the 'Contact Us' page or any custom page when they click on the offline chat button instead of the offline form which has to be filled to be sent to email.

Include agents name in mobile chat
We notice that when a user is chatting to an agent on desktop the user can see the agents name however if the user is on a mobile device the agents name is not displayed.
