Add custom wait times
Ability to preset wait times

Hi there dear tawkers,
Thank you for the idea but the wait time is calculated automatically depending on the actual average time your site Agents answer Visitors. We have no plans on allowing this to be set manually.

I don't see why this couldn't be an option. Not every start up have a staff. Also, a one person only business would benefit a lot from such an option.

I noticed that you can't change the estimate wait time from 1 minute to maybe 2 minutes or maybe even an hour! Well you know what I mean. I would love to see this feature added because not every agent can answer a chat in one minute.

Please I propose you provide a away admin can increase or reduce the estmated wait time, say from 1min to 2min. Thanks

When a visitor wants to chat they type a message and a box pop up saying "estimeated wait time is 1 minute until a agent responds" I want to change that to for example 5 minutes.

An estimate wait time should be ablable to be changes by the admin

I want it to be that when a customer starts a chat and I"m busy, that right then while the customer is waiting for an agent to answer, I can enter a waiting time for that specific customer and it will come up like they will see for example; estimated waiting time: 3 minutes.
