Develop an API for User Verification
- Allow sites admin to add custom textbox which users can fill with "support code" strings for verification during the chat session.
- Develop an API that push those string to CRM to match the support code filled in the textbox with the one on CRM's database to verify that it is an authentic users and not fraud.

Although we see the value in this funtionality, we currently are not able to support it.
Maybe in the future.
