Application for tablets and phones running windows 10. I read there was an idea posted already, but I want to suggest that Microsoft is working on surface phones which will be total new experience, plus windows 10 tablet PCs is what people like to use, so if there could be an app for phones and PCs then that would be great.

Microsoft has not dropped it's support for this system. Having an Universal Windows App would be much easier to handle for you also :)

Ridiculous!.. As if Microsoft would drop Windows Mobile, just after creating a universal platform. I don't think everyone is expecting Tawk.to to develop a Windows Phone 8.1 app. I think everyone is expecting a Windows 10 UWP app that will work on all Windows 10 devices. That way potentially you could phase out the desktop app, which is not particularly stable anyway. Please reopen/un-decline this request!
