Email missed messages
Send a message to agents, when they miss a chat, user already left site, but Agents didn't join to chat.
i.e. add to "Edit Site Settings" checkbox "Email missed chats". And sent such chats to email.

This is not really helpful.
We are using out own ticketing system (OTRS) and would like to reply to the missed message in case the customer left us an email address.
With the current implementation, this process is very cumbersome (forward the missed message to OTRS, wait till it arrives, answer). Would be much easier to automatically get it forwarded to the ticketing system.
