Have the avaibility to change GMT timezone for chat transcript email

When we receive email notification after a chat, the time is GMT+0. It will be great to setup the widget with the right GMT time to send transcript with the good time zone.

    GMT - BRAZIL . Include others GMT to be accurate with chat transcripts. Nowadays, there’s a huge Gap between one thing and other.

    Yes, we are having so many problems with this issue. We love Tawk.To, but it's forcing us to look into other products. Any chance this change is coming?

    We'd like to go pro and brand out applet but not until this is fixed. Your failure to address such a trivial and rather sought after feature in over 2 years indicates that development of this project is dead.
    Seeking alternate solutions.

    to change the timezone in tawkto panel. My timezone is +2 and my customers received transcript chat in +0, is very bad to excelent atendimen

    Yes! Need to see chat messages in my time zone. Can't believe there is no setting for this.
