Have the avaibility to change GMT timezone for chat transcript email
When we receive email notification after a chat, the time is GMT+0. It will be great to setup the widget with the right GMT time to send transcript with the good time zone.

Let's get this change done, guys. Chat transcripts should reflect time setup in property...but that feature doesn't exist.

The timestamps in the tickets/chats should be correct. If not, please write to support@tawk.to
This request is for changing time when transcript are sent, not for messages inside of a chat. -

We need accurate time stamps. I had a customer complain he had not been assisted in over 48 hours, he sent a message in to our system at 2AM but on the ticket it looks like 2PM....Do you know how frustrating this is? Now my boss just thinks i'm not doing my job properly. Thanks in advance for making this update.

Yes I agree to this idea because there we need to do the time calculation every time we get a chat transcript by mail. So you are requested to please send the chat transcript in Agent's time format so that it can be understood easily by the Agent.
