Have the avaibility to change GMT timezone for chat transcript email
When we receive email notification after a chat, the time is GMT+0. It will be great to setup the widget with the right GMT time to send transcript with the good time zone.

Would be great to see chat transcripts in local time. The 24 hour format is fine, although if it were a choice in settings, that would be ideal, since we use live chat during the day.

It doesn't sound like Tawk.to is interested in fixing this. When I asked: Why can’t each copy of a chat transcript be tailored to the recipient’s timezone?

The timezone of email notifications is set to GMT +0. The reason this cannot be changed is because the assignee and visitor may be in different time zones.

Please add this fix. From a dev point of view seems a piece of cake, just "read" the widget timezone which is already stored.

Came here to suggest a new feature, but hundreds have already suggested it in past 5 years!
However, nothing has happened yet. I don't know if the developer realises how simple and important it is to have reports, transcripts, emails, etc. set to your correct time zone. Many of us operate in only 1 country, but this could be any of about 34 different time zones. Not an unmanageable number to set up. -

+3 Please allow us to choose Timezone for the time stamp in Mail Notification emails. By default, the timezone of mail notifications should match the Timezone we selected in Widget Scheduler; not default of GMT+0.
