Have the avaibility to change GMT timezone for chat transcript email
When we receive email notification after a chat, the time is GMT+0. It will be great to setup the widget with the right GMT time to send transcript with the good time zone.

Please allow the users to change the email transcript notification in their local time zone

It is important that the transcription of the chat be at the same time that the attention was made and not send it with GMT 0, other pages if they do, please implement ..
It could be set to the Agent's time zone. This means it will become easier to judge at what time they are active in their country.
Alternatively, have it set to the property's time zone. This is important for region specific websites (co.uk, .au, .jp, etc.) because it allows you to see what happens at what time on that specific property.
When I supervise a chat I see my local GMT and that's ok, but in the emails sent with the chat transcription the GMT in always +0 and I can not change it.
This might require me to look for an alternative solution if not rectified soon.
Is this just being ignored??? This is a huge thing and actually I'm looking for a new chat solution due to no ability to update the time zone.
This is ridiculous that it is this robust but has no ability to update the time zone..

Timezone Change Option is not there. Please enable that feature.

Need to set timezone when user sign up into tawk.to
Yes there should be a provision for User to change the Time slot as he / she required. Also it can be better to send time based on IP Location. for e.g: if a Visitor is from USA then his transcript should be based on USA Time slot.
This is a must-have feature for us and I think to a lot of users that dont use this tool for a globally support.

This is a must-have feature for us. For us, all agents work in the same location but take a lot of time to understand the chat transcript.
At least state the time according to the time recorded in the message history. It's confusing to see different times in the emailed transcripts. And if you ever need to use them as evidence, proof or records, they have the right times stated. That's what the transcripts are used for, right?

Many of my clients have complained that they receive the transcript of the conversation in their email and the opening time of the chat does not match with reality.
I suggest that the option based on the time zone of the country of each user be implemented (in my case Brazil)

Timezone only GMT+0. It would be good if we can change a custom timezone in chat transcript that sent to customers
as v r receiving mails in time zone +0 can v change this setting to required time zone this will help us to understand our conversation
