Have the avaibility to change GMT timezone for chat transcript email
When we receive email notification after a chat, the time is GMT+0. It will be great to setup the widget with the right GMT time to send transcript with the good time zone.

The time zone of the Location should automatically come. Orelse to keep the different Options of time zones.

One should be able to correct the time zone of their account so that the time shown on an offline message is accurate

When a transcript is emailed to us it is based off of a standardized time zone and does not allow us to correct it to our own time zone. It would be nice to have the correct time zone to keep an accurate record of when people contact us through chat.

In the email that is sent to the user with the transcript of the conversation , the schedule is informed GMT- 0 and it would be interesting user can choose which to use GMT .

I want to set my timezone in application because it is showing old graph. I want to check how many visitors visits our site on one day but because of timezone missmatch I am not getting exact figure.

I am receiving late message. I contacted at support. My problem is that my ip is of different country. and mail received is of GMT - 0, how to change so that i can receive as per my country timings, and in the mail also get perfect timings of my country and not that according to GMT-0.

For my team, timezone should be based on our location, not always (GMT+0). So we can see the exact time when our customers offline chat.

1) show not time difference but local time in current time zone
2) show dinamicly changing time which user spend at the site (5 sec - 10 sec - 30 sec - 1 min ... 15 min) during one session
3) save the state of some options (details, history...) which I switched in previous session
