get back live visitors into the left column, not only chats.
I so got used to live visitors in the left column. And now it is moved to the "Monitoring". Please, change it back. I was so confused at first when saw only chats in the left column.

In support of Tawk.To remember that this service is offered FREE, if you are unhappy with THEIR decision to decline a suggestion then simply go use a paid service such as https://www.zopim.com/ at $20 Per Agent. This service is excellent, and it does what is says on the tin and offer more then most paid services, good work guys.

We are not 'deleting' posts, the suggestion is simply being declined. Visitor monitoring will not be returning to the sidebar.

They keep deleting any of these posts! So many Posts are being closed off "Declined". They are ignoring the problem without giving ANY reason to it.

or maybe you could have a filter for the side bar to filter all visitors or just ones in chat.
