Ticket portal for customers
A web portal where customers can view the ticket history, add message to own tickets, raise ticket and so on...

Only members of a property can view the status of tickets for that property in the Dashboard. We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented. I've been using Tawk.to for a long time. A ticket portal for customers is very helpful to us. We currently use another method of ticket management, but we have to use both systems, one for live support and another where we have to create tickets. Clients cannot be forced to submit a ticket through the KB panel. In place of https://rafusoft.ticket.tawk.help there could be https://rafusoft.ticket.tawk.help instead of https://rafusoft.tawk.help
Thank you for providing such a wonderful service. In the future, Tawk.to will be the only platform for live chat with ticket management. GOD BLESS!

This should be important for us. Create account for customers where they can view their tickets history; create new ticket; filter tickets for opened/closed; reply to tickets.
Will create another request but connected to this one: Knowledge Base visible only to logged customers. -

This represents a significant opportunity to help Tawk.to go viral. Many of the users that use Tawk.to to submit tickets don't realize what they are using and how easy it would be to use it themselves on their own website.
By creating a customer portal, you would have a significant opportunity to talk to these users directly and give them a reason to come back.

Hi, my idea was that you also have an appartment ticket system and that you can put that on your website and ask people to answer questions and to read the ticket with the comment!

I love this plugin. I can't explain how much I am happy to use it. I am sure now every project and every client will be recommended by me to go with this live chat.
I really like Tickets feature in Admin. Can you add this feature for Visitor as well. So Visitor can add ticket directly from Website.
