Unfortunately, that is another industry completely and we will not be able to provide such a service with our platform.
This has been asked already but its so important to us that if you guys go ahead with it, it will rock the online support industry have online chat that can if required after the client gives permission to assist them online on there own device, which could include mobile ... currently using anydesk.com, but this method is so fragmented. Please consider this.
