Prechat form
Hello,
The pre-chat form remembers the clients last email,name ,department and when the client enter again in new chat session the above are already selected.Email and department cant be change from the interface.This makes department option useless. Please add option which allows the pre-chat form to be requested every time when the client enters in the chat.

Thank you for your idea.
We would love to implement this sort of user detection but unfortunately there is no 100% precise way to detect this sort of information. :(
