Shortcuts solve your problem.
Just add as many as you feel necessary and they can be added whenever you need to.

It is also possible to use them in email messages, just type / in the message body area, and you will see the list of shortcuts.
We will also be adding it in to the sidebar of the Messages view very shortly, so you will be able to search for them there.
Yeah, but it is only possible to use them in the chat function. I really want to use them also in the email function. At this time I am using groovehq and they have that. It saves a lot of time.
