Get notification when a visitor visits a specific page.
It is not always possible to engage each and every visitor. But for eCommerce sites, some pages are really important like cart page. We don't want visitor to drop off from the checkout cycle and would like to know the reason why they are leaving. It would be awesome if we can make a trigger which shows desktop notification when a visitor visits a specific page.
Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your ideas with us.
At the moment, we currently do not have a notification setting for specific page visits.
Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.

I am running my google ads in Malaysia and other countries. But sometimes, when visitor comes from some cities of malaysia, it only appears on google analytics, not on tawk to. What can be the reason behind?

Is there estimated time for this feature? Is it in development? A simple sound notification or pop-up would be great so that we could proactively engage with the visitors on our site. this would eb great for sales and marketing. Please do this soon

At the moment it is not done.
Is there any follow-up on presented idea, we also need to add this functionality when a page is open with query parameter

Are you guys actually going to implement this? We need it and the "PLANNED" status was from 2016.
On the trigger feature I need in the actions, options to execute action on the agent side, like play a sound, show a message, etc.
I would like to create a trigger when the visitor access an specific page this play a sound or show a desktop message to agent.

This might help you in the mean time. I'm not sure how it works in other eCommerce stores, but I run a Shopify store and I created an advanced trigger like this:
Send message to visitor
Hope that helps.

In our case, during purchase process, It would be useful to identify when the visitor is at critical step (a specific page) where is more relevant to help them.
Maybe you could color or highlight his id in the visitors bar.

There are some landing pages, which are highly competitive from SEM perspective. We would like to proactively engage with visitors who click on Ad for such pages, so that we can improve conversion.
