Best agent management
Actually, we have to manage each site separatly. A good thing is to be able to select an agent team and assign him/her to multiple site on couple click. (Check box per exemple)

For example эму adde the web site and added agents
Then I add another web site and I need to add the agents as well
But if I need to add some from the existing list it would be easier to import them from another web site than to add manually again
