There are times when a company don't want agents to play foul on website visitors. We tested twak.to and we found that there is no way we can restrict a agent from logging outside company network. This allows them to login to dashboard and chat with our customer, doesn't matter if they have left the company or not even part of it. Agents can share password to competitors who can engage with our customers and misguide them.

Firewall settings where Admin can define public ip or range from which his company profile can be accessed. This will allow one to lock use of dashboard within the organization only. It is something like allowing access to dashboard/admin panel from trusted ipaddresses or domains only.
