Amazon/eBay Integration
I would like to have Amazon/eBay integration to automate messages from those websites to a specific agent/department. This will allow employees to find the messages specific to them without searching through every message we get.

Hi Sean,
Thank you for the idea but unfortunately Amazon and Ebay will not allow us to integrate with them in this level.
