What about screen capturing the visitors screen when for example the visitor has some problems with the website, the user clicks on a button and it will take a screenshot from the current page only and send it to the agent.

Open the screen that you want to capture. Depending on your phone: Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time. If that doesn't work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds.

No clue how this would be implemented but I own a software company with 1200 accounts and this would be very helpful.

a simple screenshot would already be a massive help
When the operator gives a weblink which is on the same site should result in the user STAYING and just redirecting INSTEAD of what happens now: It opens a new webbrowser (or new tab).

if you guys added an onChatSubmit, we could manually generate a screenshot each time the visitor sends a message, sending it with a link with addEvent
Any visitor / customer may share it using the email or file sharing option within chat window
Watch video recording of any visitor on your website. You see his screen, mouse movement and clicks. Great for understanding behavior of your customers.
